Scheduling was a breeze, and they came out on time. However, I have been told by multiple people as well as other AC guys that I was overcharged for a capacitor replacement. I was also informed that the compressor on my unit was going out. I didn't have $3,500 in my budget, so I called my home warranty to have someone come fix major repair. It took a week for that to be scheduled, but the entire time, the AC unit was working in my house. When the second-look came in for the compressor repair, they notified me that it is working fine and as it should be.
Bottom line: I feel like I was taken advantage of, because I don't know what needs to be fixed and what doesn't need to be. We put our trust in having an expert come out and fix, but I feel like I was recommended a major repair that really didn't need to be performed. It has been another 2 weeks now, and my AC unit is still cooling the house properly.

The service from Air Masters has been great. The technician is knowledgable and friendly, and the quality of workmanship leaves me confident that I'm not going to have to call them to come back out to fix the same problem again. And I've never had to.

I own a small mobile home, we have a new born and our air conditioning was blowing hot air, and one breaker was tripping on the main Panel. I call several places but no one wanted to work on manufactures homes.
I call Air Masters The lady on the office was so friendly, She understood my problem and with in the hour, she send to my house, one of the technician, The tech found the problem right away, fix it and I had cool air blowing again.
We are very happy with the service.

Air Masters refused to support my three Trane HVAC systems! I was referred to Air Masters by Trane to replace my now-bankrupt dealer. Air Masters refused to support my equipment because it is too new and under extended warranty. This attitude should be warning enough to avoid Air Masters.
UPDATE: Trane confirmed -- when I called to report this dealer's behavior -- Air Master's refusal to support my equipment is a violation of their Trane dealer contract. If Air Masters will violate a Trane contract, you don't stand a chance.
UPDATE 2: Interesting response, Air Masters, but I contacted you requesting preventative maintenance -- a paid service -- not warranty work. When you learned my equipment was covered by extended warranties, your agent told me, "We do not make any money on warranty work." Thank you for confirming your violation of the Trane dealer agreement.

Best service I have ever had. They were clean, personable, professional, and did I say CLEAN I have white carpet, and they installed a new air conditioner the same day in my attic it was a 104 degrees. And my carpet is still white, they wore shoe covers and put down tarps I was just so impressed. Jose brought his crew out here and not only put a new air conditioner in for me but he educated me on how the system should be maintained so it will last longer and save me money on my electric bill. True Professionals you have got to use this company. Ask for Jose he is cute too.

While it's never fun to wake up one morning and find your heater not working ... it's nice to know that there are people like Jennifer and Randy out there that can help you out. Within an hour Randy was knocking at the door ready to see what needed to be done. He and his wife and team are all very nice and very professional. He was able to get a new heater installed very quickly. Appreciate the help and great service.

Disclaimer: No service done/so not a review on that - but just a heads up - if you have a Home Warranty - then Air Masters is evidently not really interested in doing check ups and etc if so (at least during the peak months) - since they evidently don't work with them. They however were friendly/respectful about saying so - so just a heads up for those who may.

I have been using Air Masters for years for my air conditioner service. Recently, I had them install a new air conditioner and heater. Jose Garza is excellent to work with. I highly recommend Air Masters.

I was in desperate need of a new Heating/Cooling system. Obtained several second opinions and estimates. The money for the new system was about the same for all of the estimates but the one from Air Masters was by far the better system. This was due to Jose who examined my system and told me what all of the others had said. But Jose listened to my problems with the current AC and designed a solution that addressed those problems. This solution turned out to be a much better system than any of the other proposals for the same money. Jose explained the hows and the whys to me in detail so that I knew what to expect and why it was done. The crew came when they said they would and they worked so hard to remove the old and install the new system. This was no easy task in my house. One poor soul was in the attic pretty much all day but in the end all was done exceeding my expectations. Now I reside in a blissful 70 degrees without the system running ALL the time like the old one did. Now the temp is constant, the power usage is less, and we are happy. Not sure what more one could ask. To Air Masters - keep Jose. To others - for me Air Masters can't be beat.
