    Warning, was excessively overcharged. Part cost less than $100, repair took less than half an hour, was overcharged at $400. Yes, they did work for us and the only time the owner responded was on this review to accuse me of falsifying. Stay away unless you don’t mind being treated badly. Do not recommend.

    Absolutely love giving local companies reviews like this! Adam Brockelman was very detailed and gave me a thorough breakdown on what they would be doing and why it needed to be done. I purchase a new Navien tankless water heater both Adam and Jeremiah arrived on time and exceeded our expectations on installation and cleanliness. Customer service is outstanding, which is needed on an expensive purchase such as this. I also have to mention Wilson prices beat all other quotes! I highly recommend Wilson Plumbing and hope they stay humble and committed to customer service.

    Everyone should hear about the amazingly positive experience I had working with Wilson Home Services. Every single person I enteracted with from Victor Wilson the Owner, Luke Wilson, Dan and Shawn who came to my home, and the nice Ladies on the phone were an absolute joy to work with. Their work was perfect and efficient. Dan was awesome on the days he was at my house, and so was Shawn for the couple hours he was here. I'm extremely grateful to have found a knowledgeable, friendly, talented, and honest company. They are far and away the best company I've ever hired. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. I requested my first appointment online, received a phone call within minutes on a weekend, and since my schedule allowed it, I had someone at my house the next business day. Awesome company!!! They have a customer for life

    Feel lucky to have Wilson Home Services just around the corner, such a fantastic group of people! From quote to install, Victor knocked it out of the park. He replaced the coil, furnace and condenser on my downstairs unit. The quality of installation and attention to detail was exceptional. As a bonus they left my house cleaner than when they got there, freeing me up to do other chores for the wife! Thanks Victor.

    Our ac quit cooling and we had Wilson out to check on it. Turned out an opossum had damaged a bunch of ductwork and some wiring. Wilson came out and saw that the installation of our ac was not up to their very high standards. They had installed the unit two years ago and due to a temporary man power shortage a temp crew had been hired. The crew lasted a week or two then let go. When Wilson discovered the poor workmanship of the temp crew they called in a veritable SWAT team of HVAC technicians and overhauled our system completely. We had 3 trucks and 5 guys here most of the day! Their work is AMAZING! They even fixed the damage from the opossum no charge! They rerouted some of our ductwork so our system would be more efficient! Great company and I will be a fan forever! 5 out of 5 stars!!!

    Wilson Home Services was great when we needed a new water heater. He came on a Friday evening as I recall in the rain, and took care of replacing our water heater that sprung a leak before the weekend. Professional, courteous, affordable, & kind service. They are #1 in my book.

    I will always use them as long as Mr. Wilson stays in business love them. They always do a wonderful job. They are #1 in the metroplex. Trust them.

He answered all the questions i had and got my system up and running properly. Im so satisfied with their service and now they have a customer for life.

    I have use Wilson Home Services on multiple occasions and they were wonderful each time! Polite and knowledgeable techs. I called them once and they did not have someone available so they referred me to someone else. They communicate really well.

    The biggest job was replacing my whole electric box. The most memorable was connecting my Ring doorbell. Honestly if we had a more up to date doorbell I could have done it myself - but figuring out where the transformer was turned out to be impossible for me.

    I made an appointment with this company for 11am today, which I had confirmed the day before. No one contacted me or showed up for the appointment, so I had called to see what had happened, they had explained that my appointment was "lost." I scheduled another for later in the day and when no one showed up for that one I called to see what happened. The owner himself Mr. Wilson happened to answer and explained to me that they were helping people all over the metroplex due to the recent snow storm and that I would just have to wait. I explained my frustration with the original appointment and received no apology, just more explanations about how they are busy and how long he has been in the business. I explained that I needed them to inspect the sewer line of a house that I was intending on buying and that time was a factor and that his team was knowledgeable of my situation from earlier in the week. I was told "Well if the sewer line was a concern to you, you probably shouldn't buy the house anyways." The service they were hired for was to inspect the sewer line so that my realtor and I could make that decision. NOT HIM!
    We waited even longer for someone to come and when they got there the camera to inspect the sewer line didn't even work. His crew was polite and apologetic, and I imagine do great work normally. Mr. Wilson himself was rude, and condescending. Since he felt the need to give me his unsolicited advice, here's a little for him: don't be condescending to your customers when you can't even book appointments correctly.
