Had a new AC/heat pump system installed. Developed a leak from the system into the plumbing. Since Wilson also has plumbing they had a plumber available quickly to fix the problem. The repair required cutting a hole in the wall and Wilson had a very professional man replace the wall board and paint it. Interesting that they could have argued about the cause of the plumbing leak but took full responsibility!!!! They made sure the system and my property was in pristine shape and that I was satisfied!!!

I had a electrical situation arise concerning my ring doorbell and Wilson home services sent chase geter out to my home promptly. He was able to resolve my problem in 10 minutes. He was so thorough and I am now able to return the new ring doorbell that I had to purchase from homedepot. This company is so professional. I appreciate all that they have done for me.
I also had the honor of meeting Eric cheek. He was my ac technician that had come out last week to give me an estimate on duct work. He to was professional he spent a long time explaining everything to me untill I understood. This company is honest and dependable. I recommend them to woman especially because they do not attempt to rip me off. Thnx so much for all yall have done for me and my home so far.

Wilson Home Services was terrific for us. We had trouble getting a faucet set from a local supply store (it was 8 days late), but Wilson worked with us (Jennifer was really helpful and daily kept making a spot for us on the schedule in case it came in). When the faucet set finally arrived, they were here on the double. Lyle and Josh took us through each step, gave us a more-than-fair estimate, installed a second faucet for us, and made two bathrooms function (and look) so much better! Their work was performed in a timely manner and professionally. We highly recommend them.

Every technician I dealt with was very helpful and efficient. I was out of town when I discovered the gas leak. Jacob has been so helpful to take the charge on this and get it fixed and get it inspected. He has kept me apprised of every step. Roberto and his assistant did an excellent job and were courteous and very professional. Adam their supervisor and co-owner was very helpful and expedited everything and kept me very well informed about all repairs. I am very happy with the outstanding service provided by their team. I will most definitely give them a call if I need any repairs.

This is the second time I've used Wilson Home Services to repair leaks in my home, in both cases they've been professional, curteous, thoughtful and responsive. Adam Brockelman has recently gone out of his way to make sure everything was ok and reassuring all our concerns. I will be using them for any of our home services needs going foward and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for their excellent service.

Wilson has been great the last two times I’ve had them come out. Lyle and Josh did a great job fixing our plumbing issue and were great guys to deal with. Dan came out to check our furnace and was wonderful as well. He made meaningful comments but wasn’t pushy about selling us anything.

I called to schedule an estimate for HVAC replacement and I was amazed that the owner (Mr. Wilson) is the one who answered. He was very nice and after a few minutes discussing my situation, it was obvious he had tons of experience and that felt very comforting. The way they do business makes SO MUCH sense to me....the installer was the one who is also the estimator. It makes perfect sense to me that the person doing the install would know exactly what is needed for each situation....and thus would be the best person to give me an estimate. They were able to install a completely new system the very next day after estimate. They install techs were friendly and knowledgeable....and pretty funny as well. Everyone was very up front (transparent) during the entire process. Highly recommend!

Just had some tankless water heater repair done with Wilson. Travon Bowie was the technician who came out and he was very knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Great customer service and prompt response to resolve my clogged drain and leaks. Trevon went above and beyond to clear the pipes of any obstructions and continued to test the drainage system until no leaks or blockages were detected. Thank you for the amazing service. No more sleepless nights.
