We had Team Enoch replace our old heating and AC system. The deal they gave us for the system + duct cleaning , new thermostat , air purifier and surge protection was phenomenal. Memo, Jose and Danny were fantastic ! On time in the morning and had everything wrapped up and cleaned up by late afternoon .

Great customer service from start to finish. Team Enoch provided expert service. Chad, the on-site tech, was friendly, informative, professional, and communicated a step by step plan of what he would do. He provided updates on regular intervals and finished the water heater replacement without a hitch. Chad provided me with a great explanation of the new leak detection system once the task was completed. Chad also let me know that we could call if there were any issues.

Very happy with Team Enoch. My hvac system was from 1981 and just stopped working this year (March 2023). It had to be completely replaced with a new model. I talked to Ricky and he was knowledgeable about what I needed since it was for a condo and space is limited. We set a date for the next week so they could order my system. Two guys came in as planned and the installation was really smooth. The guys were super nice and very professional. Im happy I found this company and I would recommend them. 😊

Team Enoch makes home ownership feel possible to manage. I've used them in the past for small HVAC issues, that when my water heater needed replacing they came to mind right away. Easy process to get everything setup and they finished fairly quick. Definitely going to continue to use them and refer them to anyone who hears it.

I called on a Sunday because my water heater started gushing water outside and wouldn't stop. I called Enoch
and spoke to Tim.
He was wonderful, so nice, patient, and calming! He told me how to slow the water down. Monday he sent a technician Chad out for "my peace of mind", who completely stopped it. Chad was professional and nice as well. And then bright and early Tuesday Chad and Devin came out and replaced my entire hotwater heater. They were on time, professional and friendly. Thank you so much guys ! I really appreciated your kindness and professionalism during this stressful time!

We've been using Enoch for years now and they never let us down! The first time we used them was for our water heater that needed to be replaced and they were so easy to work with. They had the best prices off of Angie's list and were quick to install before the winter storm hit Texas in 2021. But I am most impressed with my last service I had completed from them. I reached out because my current R22 unit kept leaking and mutile components would go out on it. We were hesitant to replace the whole unit due to costs but we spoke to Cameron at Enoch and he walked me through the pros and cons. They offered to fix my unit but it would have been wasted money in the long run. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure us and gave us room to think on it before acting. Once we decided to replace the unit, we were contacted the next day and were even able to set up installation that week. The two men that showed up to install it were really nice and friendly to my dogs and did not make a mess (I've had that happen with other companies). And to top it all off, the new unit and so quite and we now have a WiFi thermostat to use on our phones. I couldn't be happier! I would 100% recommend this company.

I like Enoch. The repair guys are honest and professional. Their prices are comparable or lower. When I installed the new hvac unit and system they used the best quality and the price was lower than everyone else. They did a great job. Highly recommend them
