My unit was not defrosting because of a bad control board. Enoch arrived on time and replaced the part. Very thankful for their work. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used them and they have been great each time.

Water heater died at night. Found Enoch via Thumbtack the next morning. Philip replied almost immediately. Good vibe right away: professional, took me seriously, set my mind at ease instantly. Quoted a price below industry average found during research. Told me a time to expect the technician, Juan (less than a couple hours later - and I live in the middle of nowhere and this is a Saturday morning.) Juan shows up exactly when told he would. Super great guy. Professional, friendly, clearly knowledgeable, efficient, work area left cleaner than he found it. Went inside to make lunch and shortly after I wanted to clean up, I had hot water to do it with. Invoiced exactly as quoted. One of my kids never even knew we had no hot water.

Best service experience we’ve had since moving to DFW 6 years ago. By far. Philip informed me they did HVAC and other stuff, too. Almost looking forward to something breaking so I can call them again. Haha.

Nice lady followed up the next day to make sure things were good. They were. Been a week now, and everything is perfect. Like it never happened.
