Fast, professional, trustworthy!! Overall, amazing! Gonzalo was very knowledgeable and helpful. My ac went out Saturday at 2 pm by 3 pm. Gonzalo was here and helping out my family. He was able to answer all my questions and give me multiple options. Best experience ever!!! Thank you so much. I am definitely recommending to friends and family!

Just recently bought a house that has unforeseen HVAC issues and was told by another company, it would be a 20k job and the whole thing needed to be replaced since nothing else could be done and they put us in contact with a hardware store they work with that could replace it. Called Essential Air just to get a second opinion, Gonzalo showed up, checked out the problem and within 20 minutes, he knew that a small part needed to be replaced and he did it and helped keep our house cool last July. A year later and I still use this same company and even though we will need to replace the whole thing soon, Essential Air have helped keep this unit running, even with all of its issues, while never pressuring us to do something but being honest and giving us options that may work for us. I would suggest this company to anyone, especially since we cant play games in Texas with its heat and don’t want to feel pressured to do something expensive

When my Air conditioner was not cooling and it was close to 90 degrees in my home. I was able to get a same day appointment. And the part that was needed was found and installed the next day. Tech was curtious of my home always wearing shoes covers. And all debris was picked up and taken with him. I could not have asked for a better experience with this company. Give them a chance I think you will be expressed also. Thumbs up for me. I will use them again if I ever have a need.

The technician told me what has happened and what the likely cause could be and I have some knowledge of how the cooling system works because I had been doing some of the minor things on it. But overall I was completely satisfied with the process.

Very pleased with my experience. Called at 1 PM and had someone out by 2:30 same day. Gonzalo was very good at his job and super professional. He cleaned out the unit, fixed what needed to be fixed, and was gone by 4:30. He is by far the best HVAC tech I have dealt with. Thanks for the service Essential.

Gonzalo went above and beyond in repairing our unit! He was very professional and respectful of my home. Not only was he respectful but very patient in describing what the repair would consist of so we felt comfortable in knowing that our problem was solved. He’s someone you can count on doing a thorough job.

His assistant was very attentive and checked up on us every step of the way to make sure we were being well taken care of. She went out of her way to check on us a couple of days after the service to ensure that the repair was successful. Couldn’t have picked a better company. Thank you!
