Oh, Ashton was such a pleasure. She was kind, educated on what she was doing, and explained it to me perfectly. Gave me a few recommendations without making me feel like if I didn't do it the same day I would be causing damage to my system. Laughed at my lil jokes about the cost of the recommendations. I pray if I call again I get her or someone just as kind. #TeamASHTON

I used Breeze Air, Heat and Electrical to diagnose an aging system in my new home. They're technician Terry was very kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the system and answer additional questions we had. I am shopping for quotes based on the replacement he recommended, but if they're price is competitive I would have no problem using this company in the future.

Fernando Is a well spoken. Very professional person. He was there to answer any questions for me. He took his time and did the job right. The best part is that he respected my wishes and wore shoe covers and cleaned up after himself. I even had the opportunity to get to know him personally. Great Jon Fernando!
