    I have a service contract with Breeze where they come out twice a year for maintenance of my air conditioning system. This company is awesome. They were on time, they don’t charge you for false services, and from the receptionist to the service techs, they are very friendly and professional. Manuel Compean who is a service tech is very knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and DID NOT ATTEMPT TO HASSLE ME TO BUY OTHER PRODUCTS ONCE HE COMPLETED THE JOB. He did a fantastic job! Very sweet young man! He deserves a gold star. Thanks Breeze for your services and I will be renewing my membership for another year. Manuel Compean deserves a 5 ⭐️. I WILL BE REQUESTING HIM FOR MY SERVICE CALLS FROM NOW ON.

    Updating post: Breeze tech, replaced my Remy air purifier today and made good on the warranty. Many thanks for taking care of me. -----

    Technicians are friendly and professional but don't buy the Remy air purification system. Only had it installed a short time, paid $1600 and it was time for my routine maintenance the tech said it was no longer working. There is supposed to be a 7 yr warranty but they claimed what stopped working (the motherboard) wasn't covered and I would have to pay hundreds more $$ to have that fixed. I may or may not continue to use them for bi-yearly maintenance but will not purchase anything else from them.

    We had an issue with our receptacle and plastic box feeding blower in the attic. I called Breeze and they told us they would be happy to help but no one was available until the afternoon. To my surprise I received a call from Randy in the morning that he was on their way. Randy was absolutely amazing, he handled the electrical issues and my AC was back on in couple of hours! I am so impressed with this company and Randy most of all! Thank you Randy for taking care of us! I will be recommending this company to friends and family and I will be using them again.
