    No customer service skills at all. Owner is stuck up, poor quality service. Overall stuck up company. Had them out for a service a while back and the unit supposed to be cover over warranty but no this is the 3rd time they do this. Nice van poor work. I would expect more from a company with nice work van. Last time I trust this company. Once again owner is unfaithful. Thanks for the quality service

    My air conditioner went out late Saturday evening and I chose not to call until Sunday morning. I left a message with an answering service and heard back from Jason within an hour. Jason scheduled a service call for Terry to come out and diagnose our system on a Sunday. Terry arrived promptly was very professional and resolved our problem within a couple of hours. I run a service business and understand what promptness and customer service means and they definitely exceeded my expectation. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

    Disappointed. This is the 3rd time I have had issues with my unit since I moved into my house. The company has done a good job so far resolving my heating/air issues up until now. On my last appointment, the time frame passed for my appointment so I called to see if a technician was still coming or not. When I called, the person I spoke with seemed confused and my appointment on file. She apologized and said a technician would be in contact with me. The technician called the next day and let me know that they were not able to make it to appointments due to weather, although my heat was not working I was understanding and was willing to reschedule. I then decided to submit a warranty request through my builder since my home is still very new; the building manager called to see if anyone had made an appointment with me a couple days later and I told him no one reached out. He reached out again and an appointment was then set up successfully. I ended up mistaking the day my appointment was on and did not have my personal cell to receive the notification (left at home, I was out of town working). Instead of being understanding (as I was when no one called or showed for my ORIGINAL appointment), I am being charged $60 for missing the technician. The mistake was definitely on me, but to to be charged that much after everything that’s happened is disappointing.

    The technician showed up between the time that was given. They were very friendly and worked almost without knowing they were still there. Based on this experience I will utilize Breeze as my “go to” business for this type of work. I am very impressed. I am also scheduling them to install my charger at the new location after close. Thank you for a great job.

    Truly cannot thank the team enough! Randy and Ashley were able to fit me in for a next day appointment after I relayed to them that I’d come into town and noticed that my elderly aunts a/c was dying! They went out of their way to make sure that they could come to re-wire her electrical to support the new unit I had purchased for her. Our family is going through a hard time with my grandmother being in hospice at the house in extreme heat conditions and they sent Stephen and another tech out who were very polite, knowledgeable and efficient in getting the job done. They found the least invasive way to open the drywall to feed the wires through, and even installed a new faceplate on my great aunts switch by the front door because they saw she didn’t have one. AMAZING job, I just wish I could bring this company back to California with me. Thank you to all of the team, our family is forever grateful!

    I had Stephen with Breeze HVAC and Electric come out this week to do some electrical work for me. I needed to have two pendant lights installed, a video doorbell installed, and WiFi dimmers added. Stephen showed up on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up everything before leaving. The price was very reasonable and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. Thanks!
