The new unit the Austex Heating and Cooling specialists installed is perfect. It's much quieter and efficient than the one we had before and the techs were super professional. Thank you for all your help from the get-go. Your speedy response, great customer service, and very knowledgeable sales and service staff were exceptional. They never disappoint.

Austex Heating and Cooling solved my AC problem in less than 1 hour! (2 other HVAC contractors had tried, but couldn't solve it at all!). Their service visit involved solving the need for a common wire, for Nest thermostat installation. I'm very satisfied. They were very customer oriented. Very competent. Very responsive - a real person answered the phone, and the repair tech came the day after I called, even though it wasn't an emergency. I definitely recommend.

I contacted Austex Heating and Cooling a year ago for service on my furnace. It needed replacing because of cracks/leaks. The technician has been quite straight forward about what was going and was able to get another winter out of it with a repair. We just replaced it with a new one. The install went fine and my request for a certain type of thermostat and time of the install were accommodated. I will continue to use this company for service. My only comment at this point is communications can be a bit slow, hopefully their success will allow for some help with that.

This company worked well with me in not only servicing my Central AC unit, splitting my unit and installing Zoning! Assisted with selecting a security cage as well for the Outside condenser unit! Finally assisted me in seeking Zero Interest financing!

I dealt with a very nice guy to organize the repair from start to finish. He was very accommodating, patient and efficient. The service tech who came over was similarly accommodating, patient and efficient. He explained the issue and kept me updated on the progress of the work. The work was done in a couple of hours and the issue was rectified. I would recommend Austex Heating and Cooling without any hesitation.

Austex came over as our air conditioner fan didn't work. He checked several things and voila it is working perfectly again. While he was there he took the time to check our 15 year old furnace to make sure everything is working properly. He could have laid us away for a huge amount and we'd never have known the difference. I feel lucky to have called him. We'll definitely use him in the future.

We had a gas fireplace that was not working. I know it does not always happen this way but they came out same day I called. Very friendly and efficient, got the job done. We are happy! I highly recommend.

Austex Heating and Cooling came out the same day I called and the issue turned out to be a clog, but they went above and beyond updating how my handler drains to make it easier to maintain. I'll definitely be using Austex Heating and Cooling exclusively for any AC work moving forward!
