I needed a condenser fan motor for a home repair. I entered your location at 300 west Vickery Blvd in Fort Worth and was immediately welcomed and asked to help me. They matched my part number and brought out the part I needed. They went above and beyond with service. They opened their part and matched the mounting screws pattern to make sure I was buying the right part. The gentleman even answered my questions about wiring it. I will definitely recommend this store and will shop their more often. Thank you Grainger.

They helped me figure out how come I was born before my mother and my daddy had no kids. They let me drink all the homemade water they could have. I’ll be back yesterday for my lazy eye athletics.

Today I came here looking for a part and they didn’t have what I was looking for so Gilbert went above and beyond to out source it for me, which I appreciate a lot sense this is not the first time they have to do this for me. Grainger is a one shop store for all my daily needs as I’m in the building maintenance field trade it saves me time from walking thru aisles and aisles at other stores here I walk thru the doors and I have someone helping me one on one. Once again thanks to all the staff but an especial thank you to Gilbert for what you do and the great customer service you provided us as customers and that is what makes us keep coming back!!

Went in to try to get something to fix a residential bathroom sink drain. I even showed the guy behind counter a picture of my problem all while I had the catalog opened to plumbing supplies. His straight answer to me was "I don't know" and didn't seem too interested in trying to help at all so I turned around and walked out.

I dont want to hear "I dunno", "No, sorry " , when I have an issue that need resolution.

This place needs better employees or needs to close down.

I come in every few day to order and there’s spirit is always up they will help you best they can and the personality is wonderful

I ordered a rotary tool online and was told I could pick it up in this store same-day, but would have to wait a day for any location closer to me. Because I needed the tool ASAP, I decided to make the drive to pick it up. Upon returning home, I was shocked to discover that the box had been previously opened, the rotary tool had been used and slightly damaged, and the owners manual and a few replacement parts were missing. I decided to return it immediately and just have them deliver a new one to me as I was not going to pay full price for a used and damaged item. The process for returning it was mostly harmless, but I felt the employee did not really listen to my complaints on why I was returning it. I am going to be going to other stores in the future, most likely Harbor Freight.
