AirCo Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing

Our AC froze up in the evening and AIRCO came onsite quickly and we reviewed some issues I already new about. After releasing them to work that same night, they were able to show up the next morning and replace our system. Quick and professional.

We have been waiting over a week to get our 2 year old a/c fixed. We spent a pretty penny on 2 brand new units and other work just 2 years ago (June 2021). We had the technicians out shortly after our systems were installed due to issues. Again that winter. And yet again the next summer (June 2022). Once again we are having problems. We called on a Minday and they said they couldn't come out until Thursday. Thursday came and went (we got a text late in the evening that they couldn't make it and need to reschedule). They finally came out Friday and told us that there is a wiring issue and they would be back to fix the problem and told us the amount. We talked to someone in the office that day and we were told that a supervisor would be reaching out to us. Saturday comes along and no call. We call again. This time we were told that a supervisor will call us BY MONDAY. We called again Monday and had to leave ANOTHER message and they finally called. We were told they would be out to fix it the next day (Tuesday, which is today, OVER A WEEK after our original call). Upon waiting ALL day, we call again (the 1st time) at 5:50pm. We were told they were still coming. Over 2 hours later, still nobody and no call for an update. I called once again 2+ hours later just to get a text saying they will have to reschedule AGAIN!!! And now I am waiting for a call back from the technician about a time. I have a feeling, that call isn't coming.

AirCo will now be my family’s #1 home service repair choice moving forward. They sent a tech within 1 hour in the middle of the snow/ice storm and he had our ear up and running within that same hour. Very courteous, respectful, and informative. Alberto out of Fort Worth, TX is the best!

Josue was the best technician we have ever had visit. He went right to the diagnostics and knew right away from our description. He was fair and honest and a very professional and courteous person. We will request him in the future and he made all the difference today. Thanks Josue.

The whole experience was actually really pleasant. Logan, the receptionist who answered my call to make an appointment was extremely friendly and explained everything really well. I was kept up to speed throughout the whole process. When someone was going to be able to make it out, when they were on their way and I was even given a picture and the name of who was coming to service the A/C. Clayton P, the repairman showed up extremely fast. Only a little over an hour after I made the appointment which was insane to me. Earliest I was expecting someone out was late in the evening if I was lucky, so that was fantastic. He was professional, super friendly and got straight to work. I was really dreading the struggle I was expecting it to be to try and find someone to come out and help on such short notice, but AirCo made everything really simple and easy. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Definitely gonna use them again if I need repairs in the future and definitely going to recommend them to anyone else I know when they need repairs done.

We just had maintenance done but Arturo is awesome. Awesome personality. Kept me updated with the numbers while he was working. If we weren't loving to another state he would be the tech I would ask for every time.

Joshua came out for maintenance in August & Adrian came out a few days ago for an issue. They were both so polite, thorough & professional!
I told Adrian that I was very impressed with AirCo, especially after dealing with the company that my home warranty sent out in December. He said he loves his job & that the company really cares about their customers and their employees. It truly makes a difference and it shows!

AirCo is fantastic. Their customer service reps and technician provided outstanding service. Arturo was awesome!!! His service was exemplary. I got the maintenance plan for the house he serviced today and will be purchasing one for my other property also.

Here's mine: On time. Professional Appearance. Capable and Well Trained. Polite. Respectful. Personable. Clear Communicator of Expectations, Work Performed, and Billing.

How often do you get ALL of the above? Rarely, in my many years of experience. BUT...

Just ask yourself: if you worked with a company that communicated clearly and easily (phone, text, email) and they sent a service professional out to your house to work on a very expensive piece of equipment that you don't understand, would you want them to have some, most or all of the above qualities?

I would really want them to have ALL. And now that I know that is possible with AirCo, I will call them again, and again, whenever needed.

Charles is very professional and very knowledgeable about the industry. He communicates very well and didn’t come across as a “car salesman” which my husband and I appreciated. He was straight forward and answered our questions thoroughly. We are very satisfied and happy with the service and sale visit. We felt that we were given a fair price.
