Cyclone Heating and Air

I recently had my AC go down and I contacted Cyclone Heating and Air to have them look at it. Mario came out to the house same day and let me know my Compressor had gone out. He recommended several different options for a new AC system, he was not pushy to sell me anything, but he explained all my options. Cannot thank Mario enough for all his help through the process and answering any questions that I had. Even after he installed my new AC he walked me through everything he did and asked if it was to my satisfaction. Hard to find that kind of dedication now days, it was greatly appreciated! I would definitely recommend any of my family and friends to use Cyclone Heating and Air.

My 83 year old God mother’s A/C was not cooling and had been serviced by a family member but still not getting cold. It was 90 degrees in her house. My brother recommended we call Mario and I’m so glad he did! Mario was prompt, professional and he didn’t take advantage of us. He told us the unit needed freon and he added 2 lbs. We immediately felt the difference after 1lb was added and it is now cooling to her desired temperature! Thank you so much Mario! May God continue to bless you and all that you do!!

Cyclone and team are professional, honest, reliable, and fast. They have serviced my AC units the last few years during hot Texas summers. Cyclone has replaced the outdoor motor and blower circuit board on my 20 year old units. When it came to replace the 2 units. Mario was super informative and worked with me on getting me the ideal unit. Mario and his team went over and beyond with the quality of work and dedication to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Mario and the Cyclone team.

Mario did an OUTSTANDING job on my install! He and his staff were VERY professional. They respected my home by laying down dropcloths and using shoe covers. The work they did was 20x better than the work that my builder did when we built our home including using conduit for my outside wires. Highly, highly recommend!!! These guys are the reason I like doing business with smaller hometown companies!

These guys are amazing! I have used them on more than one occasion and EVERY time, I am more than satisfied. Today, I had Mario install an air duct and vent to an addition to our home...this was an almost impossible task due to how our attic space is! He was able to not only install the duct, he did it quickly and neatly. He took into consideration that we are in the process of selling our house and he cleaned this work space so well, it looked as if no one was ever there! If you are in need of any type of HVAC work, I 100% recommend Cyclone. As a contractor myself, I appreciate other honest, hard working companies that deliver what they say!!!

Cyclone Heating and Air was amazing! Mario was very quick to respond back to us in regards to our upstairs AC blowing warm...prior to me reaching out to his company we had already had another company come out and found that our evaporator coil was broke...and was quoted an outrageous amount to replace....close to 4K...that just seemed crazy to me but had no idea so I reached out to multiple companies...ALL of the other estimates were WAY lower than that first company that came out.....I went with Cyclone though because he took time to educated me, was kind, held his next available appointment for me for a few hours while I was deciding who to go with, reached out to confirm the night before that he was coming, arrived on time, his team was so polite, installation went amazingly smooth, he even registered the new coil and sent us the paperwork....bottom line though...we trusted him...once you speak to him and meet him you will see what I’m talking about...We have been taken advantage of SO many times with AC repairs, plumbers, etc....you KNOW with Cyclone that you aren’t...will never lose his number!!! Stay away from the big box names and use him!!!

Had a great experience working with Martio at Cyclone Heating and Air,. I contacted him to validate a bid by another service provider to replace our condenser and evaporator coil. Mario took the time to walk me through options and discussed the energy efficiency and cost of each option. He worked collaboratively with my home warranty provider to determine a good solution to our situation. He was prompt and clear with all communication and very responsive. When it came time to getting the work done, he was early and started promptly as he'd planned and cleaned everything up when he'd finished. I'd definitely recommend working with Cyclone and will reach out to them again when I need to replace my other unit. Thank you!
