AJ and team did an excellent job on the install of my Bryant HVAC system. I did my homework and got 4 other quotes before choosing Bear Air Services. AJ was outstanding answering my numerous questions, was never high pressure and offered a fair price. The install was done professionally and AJ explained everything in detail. I highly recommend Bear Air Services!!

I could not get Milestone Electric out today so I gave Bear Air Services a call. My brother referred them to me. A J Bear answered my call and agreed to come out from 4-6pm. He called and arrived on time. My upstairs central air unit was not cooling. He quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a new capacitor. The price was very reasonable and he did not upsell any other services. He explained the issue I had and I highly recommend this company! Give them a try, you will be happy with your service!

I called Bear Heating & Air when I noticed the furnace in my recently purchased home acting erratically. The Technician, AJ, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable on the equipment already installed in the home, taking the time to explain in detail the troubleshooting he went through to solve the problem. In the end I decided to ask about replacing the unit since the repair would be so costly and the unit was old. He worked with me on an honest, fair price and unit for the size of my home, but I never felt pressured to buy. I did eventually opt to replace the unit, he accommodated a weekend morning installation, which was also handled professionally and timely. I had a warm home within a few hours! I'm happy to recommend Bear Heating & Air to family and friends.

I have been using Bear Heating and Conditioning for over ten years. I have always had excellent service. It did not matter what I had done. I have used all his services including maintenance, repair, and new system installation. I will always use AJ for all my A/C needs.

We had another brand of system that completely failed and the other company quoted to replace it was a lot higher for a similar system as to what Alex quoted. Alex was also able to get in and get it installed in a timely fashion, which was good since we are starting the summer season.

I trust no one but Bear A/C. They were recommended by a really good friend and 10+ years ago and they are the only call I make. I can't say enough about the professional and patience is answering my questions.

Incredible response time and service. Had AC issue late on a on Sunday and appointment was scheduled for 7am on a Monday. AC was repaired and running by 8am on Monday.

They were able to come out and fix our AC quickly and did not try to up sell us anything or tell us anything more than what was wrong. Will definitely use them for any air or heating needs that arise. Professional, quick and very nice.

I had these guys come out to give me an estimate on a new system as well as one other company. The other company quoted me prices for a new system from $10,000 (using the old furnace) up to $20,000 for a single HVAC unit for my 1850 sq feet home. I had scheduled a third company but cancelled after Bear Heating & Air Conditioning came out.

AJ Bear came out and spoke with my wife and stated that our system still looked good and could probably go another 3 to 5 years. But since our system was needing to be recharged with coolant every year that the Coil in the attack probably needed to be replaced. They also recommended adding another return to our master bedroom. In addition to that the copper lines running the coolant were undersized and needed to be replaced. He said we could replace the condenser but it wasn't necessary at this time.

After we agreed on the work to be done, and scheduled it for the following week, AJ came back by and recharged my system with coolant and noticed the pressures were off. He said that the condenser was never kicking in to stage 2 due to a wiring issue and rewired the system so it would work in stage 2. It had probably never been wired correctly or ever used stage 2 in the ten years we had the system. He did all this at no charge. Just that change alone made a huge difference and my home was cooler than it ever had been.

The install of the new coil went great and they got all the work done in one day. A couple of other things they replaced were an old Trane Clean Effects system, which I disliked, with a four inch Honeywell filter that only needs to be changed every six months. And they put in a new thermostat that has geofencing with wifi.

I can heartily recommend this company if you are looking to get a new system or fix your current one. AJ is a fantastic technician and didn't pressure us at all as far as a sales pitch.

Hire these guys. You won't regret it.
