Great company. The appointment set up was easy. I received a text reminder the day before and a call when they were on the way. They came in the time frame that was stated. I replaced my ac/heating unit. AJ was great. He gave me several quotes via email and answered all my questions. He is such a great guy. I really feel he was trying to serve my best interest and give us what we need, and not trying to upsell. They did a great job. Couldn't be happier.

I highly recommend Bear Heating & Air. Our system went down on a Sunday while we were out of town. We immediately got a call back from AJ and scheduled service. He came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We also discussed replacing our 22 year old unit. AJ was low pressure and let me know realistic best and worst case scenarios. We will definitely be using him in the future.

Edit 3/15/21: It's been about two years since our first time using Bear. As expected, our old system died on us. We talked to AJ on Friday and our new system was completely installed on Monday. Just as before, AJ was professional and very helpful with the process. His crew did a great job and left the place cleaner than before. AJ is definitely our only call when it comes to our HVAC needs.
