I order a fuel exchange pump, got an e mail stating my order was cancelled and I would get a call to discuss my options on the item. Well here I am 13 houts later still waiting for the call.

Cashier was very rude girl with glasses and tattoos. Like if it bugged her I was making a purchase and she had to work and ring up my order.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM HERE. HAD TO ORDER A TIP FOR MY STHIL GAS BLOWER 350 AND STORE MANAGER (RAY) TELLS ME I HAVE TO PAY FOR, ISAID GO AHEAD AND ORDER IT. Bought a Stihl MS261 with what seemed to be a MFG defect. Northern Tool and their staff went out of their way to make it right. After some weeks of them having the saw and diagnosing it, they gave me a brand new chain saw, at their expense. Customer Service was excellent also!
