Great store! Excellent stock of bearings and races.

I bought a compressor and paid to get it installed only to find out it wasn’t working. Took it back and they accused me of breaking it. The floor model had the same problem after further investigation…they did not reimburse for the installation.

Went back yesterday to but a power washer and couldn’t get my veterans discount because the computer was down or didn’t work.

Great store but too much drama!

It's a little overpriced but the selection is good. The restock sucks and their web page is horrible. I knew they stocked a good selection of big impact sockets and it was just a matter of looking online to see if they offered a specific size I was looking for. Tried different ways to search the socket and nothing would appear. Calling was no help so I drove 25 miles just to see if they had what I needed. Thankfully they did have only one socket so I bought it. Let's see about the quality.

Always a good place and stocks odd tools that others places don’t have

From start to finish, our purchase of a large ladder was fast and simple. I placed the order online and within an hour, or so, we received an email that our product was ready for pick-up! we followed the pick-up instructions and the ladder was loaded with ease. The customer service was excellent and we are pleased with our purchase.

Biggest disappointment when it comes to customer service. I walked around the store trying to find some things I needed and couldn't find an employee to ask for direction. Finally decided to leave and come to find out, there were 3-4 employees standing next to the register just laughing and carrying on, not even acknowledging that there were customers in the store. I didn't want to break up their pow wow so decided to just leave. Very bad impression of this store's employees.

This is the worst NORTHERN TOOLS in this country. I took my Generator for a repair under Manufacture warranty. They didn't fix the problem right the first time so a took it back. The mechanic was rude offensively impolite he told me i have to call the manufacture back to fix it again and he lie to the manufacture so i could not get it fix. This store have the worst unprofessional staff working there, not mentioning the management john and ray they insult me calling me a liar.

Customer service good until you need a warranty honored. Bought a 700 dollar water pump that lasted 2 days. They told me manager is on vacation, assistant manager Sandra states she's not able to do anything and only gives me a 1-800 number. First and last purchase at this store and I still want my money back.

This store is awesome. I was really suppriced of all the tools and clothing. Just placed on order online with free shipping.

I dropped my wallet last night at the Hawkins store and the guys returned it to me with all my credit cards, drivers license and Money! You guys are awesome and honest people! Send you God's blessings, plus products and customer service are very great!
