The repairman Tommy, was sent. He explained to me & my Husband. He was informative, and very knowledgeable. He also recommended that at some point we will need to replace our heating system because it’s very old. Because of Tommy, my Husband has decided to sign up for the Star upkeep Plan. Our 16 year old furnace was not firing properly, and we contacted for work and were able to obtain a work appointment The service technicians pinpointed the issues (improper installation by another HVAC service provider), had the equipment for the repair, and got the system working again. We had air filter replacements on hand, so they could make the replacement (which we do annually) at that time. I will have them make annual inspections from here on out. We will likely need a new system in a year or so.

Andre was a excellent technician! He was knowledgeable and made sure he checked multiple times to make sure the was working and running well

My dad’s has been having issues the last few summers and it regularly gets up to over 85° in his house. After several fix visits, Cody Garner arrived out today and fixed the issue with the unit. He was kind and knew what he was doing! Thank you Cody, we appreciate it so much!

Junior was my tech today. He came on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. He cleaned out all my drains, changed my filter, checked my vents and changed the batteries in my thermostat.I hope to use him again at my next work visit.

Andre and Isaiah were great. Andre took the time to teach me he was working on and why. They were there on time and were personable, got the work done and gave suggestions on what I should do next with my dated HVAC.

Mathew was awesome! He had a partner with him, I think Justin. They were fast and efficient. No matter what I said, he referred to me as sir!

They replaced a rooftop A/C and furnace combo that went out. Jaxon and Patrick were and professional and even inspected the roof and took pictures and were willing to share the pictures with me so I could see the status of the area. I appreciate those guys and their hard work!
