Forrest did a terrifc task explaining about a furnace to me, probably can begin my own company now. He explained he did and why. I was delighted with his service.

Needed to troubleshoot electrical problem. Issues identified in circuit breaker box and kitchen light fixtures. Tucker did a good project of methodically checking out possible causes. A real challenge but he stuck with it and repaired the problem. Tucker shared his knowledge with me on what he was doing and why. You could tell he enjoyed his work, and he has good customer service skills. We will be doing upgrades to our current electrical system in the future and will be using RSAndrews again. Eric was super pleasant, came on time (earlier even), he was super respectful, fast. Answered all our questions, took care of us and explained to us what had happened. We needed a gas leak fix which is something scary and he reassured us that he would take care of us and he did. Every step of the way we felt reassured we we're getting the best work possible! 5 stars! We recommend!

Spencer, was our Tech and was great! Having an complication with our A/C and they found the cause. He was clear on what was needed to get it restored and did not beat around the bush about additional services. I endorse him as someone who cares and is thorough. He called our landlord right away with the info and cost.

We added 2 A/C units to our home, covering our warmest rooms. The installers worked all day; by 7:30 we tested both units and they worked The final product was installed (no damage to the walls, etc.; even the power hook-up to the breaker panel was done without any visible issues. When they left, everything was put back and cleaned up perfectly. They also gave us an update on what we should expect from the system.

Emma and Ezekiel in the garden department were so and helpful. Emma had me laughing while Ezekiel loaded 10 bags of mulch in my car. A enjoyable experience.

Damian Bolton did a fantastic project with determining our piping issue at home. the issue was a septic tank problem so he had to recommend a septic company to settle the problem but nonetheless he did a great job at explaining the issue in detail with his wealth of knowledge in that particular field! recommend!

We returned house from vacation to find our a/c had stopped working (in June). Dale arrived out and determined that the compressor had shorted to ground and the unit needed to be replaced. Within two days Ernest and crew had a new a/c and furnace up and running just before the temperature shot up.
