Called at midnight on the weekend! Technician Lee was at the house within the hour and had our AC working again. Very pleased with the service. We were recommended by a friend and we will definately recommend them to others!

And on a side note, I was curious about Javier Sloss' being a competitor and making a 1 star story up. Sure enough his facebook says he works for Air Control AC and Heat. Pretty crappy move for a veteran to pull as I am one. Either way great service Cytech!!!

Great customer service and Knowledgeable and professional

Had a regular service done, receipt says $76 dollars regular price but technitions totalled to $120, I had been told several months ago it would total around $85 or $88 my wife wrote y'all a check// hope y'all can resolve it to keep me on your regular 6 month service checkups.

Honest. very honest. don't go go that guy that a cousin recommended that does it part time. Go with a good company that is honest. price is good and honest. did I mentioned honest. 24/7 and they call when they are on the way. very happy.

Just had a new unit installed . One of the best experiences I've ever had. They did initial analysis. Installed the unit. Vaccum test, air flow tests done. Kudos to the techs and Leo! Thanks CYTECH!
