Cytech Heating & Cooling

Edgar and his crew did an amazing job of replacing my a/c unit. They worked all day in the heat and never once complained, they made sure the premises was broom swept before they left, they arrived on time and made sure all the vents were securely sealed. If I ever need work done again I will definitely request Edgar and his crew! It was so refreshing to see hard working men working together to accomplish a task with an awesome work ethic and optimistic attitude that is seldom seen these days. Kudos to this crew!!

Mark G.was very thorough in his inspection of my home system. He performed all of the required maintenance quickly and efficiently. Then he related concerns to me promptly and politely as well. Mark did a great job!

UPDATE 02/28/2023: I have been doing business with this company since 1997 and bought a service contract with them almost every year. They always send out a nice discount card every year at Christmas, which I would always use on my service contract. I tried to do that again this year and I was refused; they said I was already getting a discount. I thought this was unfair that the card didn’t say that it couldn’t be used in this way and I asked if they would do it for me this year with the understanding that this was the last time they would honor it. We’re talking maybe $15 off of $150. The office manager was more worried about setting an example for her employees that she basically told me she wasn’t going to do this. I felt like my request was reasonable for being a loyal customer for a quarter of a century, but no. My years with them were worth nothing. I told her that I was going to find another company that valued my business and was told pretty much to go ahead …and that’s just what I am going to do! I can no longer recommend this company based on my recent experience.

CyTech has saved us a few times! They are quick to respond, you always know what is going on, Mark showed us pictures of the repairs needed and repairs completed. Then we discussed options for upgrade/ replacement in the future ... with NO PRESSURE! I'll keep using them for sure!

Cytech and employee Mark are always prompt and efficient. They always do a great job and know me well. Mark answered all my questions and was very professional, which I appreciate.

All i got to say is why would i hire a company that drives like a speed demon and almost rear end someone just to be in a hurry. Regular pickup truck. Business name all over it but no unit number. If thats any sign of how they do business or work on a job. NO THANK YOU. I RATHER GO SOME WERE ELSE. This happened on sugar bwteen trenton and owassa.
