Ok, I won't bore anyone with the details of the outstanding job HI LO HVAC did for me, but it is enough to say that they were the 8th HVAC company we called and were the only ones to show up when they said they would. The man himself, Felipe, came by my house on a Saturday. Looked at the problem. Gave me a no nonsense estimate and told me they would be here on Sunday before noon to fix the problem. Felipe and one of his employees showed up at 9:30 AM on Sunday. Three hours later we were enjoying our AC.

I will never go to anyone else when I have AC issues. Do yourselves a favor and call these guys before you call anyone else.

Recently had a/c issues over a weekend. I was able to purchase the parts i needed on both Saturday and Sunday. It's difficult to find a place to even sell you the parts, much less over the weekend without any extra charge. I was able to call and ask a few questions as well and respect the patience and knowledge given in return. Quality products and great staff.. I was fortunate to find them and will use them again without a doubt!

Like it always happens, late at night the a/c goes out. I called several places, everyone was closed. I called Hi-Lo and with a friendly voice I got a "yes" we are open. I asked about the part, he said I do have it. When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly face and great service. This is the place to go for all your a/c service needs, not only after hours.

I contacted Hi-Lo HVAC, to do a wash on my unit and they were prompt and very professional with their work. Within a few weeks we decided we needed a new AC Unit and duct work to keep up with the summer heat here in the RGV. Our previous unit was an older unit and equipped to only cool a certain square footage of our home. During the years we have made some remodeling and room additions and our old unit was not up to par with those changes. Because our unit was not equipped to cool more square footage it was running more than most to keep the house cool and with the heat above 100 degrees in the valley that wasn't always a pleasant feel in the home. Hi-Lo HVAC, was quick to come and give us an estimate to re do our duct work and instal a new unit. The company workers went above and beyond to do their work and get the system running after a few hours. Within 24 hours after installation our house felt cooler than it had in years. I recommend you contact Hi-Lo HVAC, for your next AC WASH, AC inspection, or any related questions regarding your AC unit.
