Out A/C was blowing hot air. Our warranty company (ORHP) referred our problem to Rayford. They never called us; never returned our calls; never showed up.
I was finally forced to do some troubleshooting, determined the issue, and made the repairs myself.

I have used them for several of my properties and the service is nothing short of spectacular. I can call Carl and let him know what I need and he'll have the whole crew ready to go without me having to be onsite. This company has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and that is very rare to find nowadays. Pricing is always great as well as the quality of the work. I highly recommend you use this company as the experience is one of a kind with them as a family based business should be. The work was done in a time efficient manner, and when we had additional requests they were more then willing to come out and help. Worst most unprofessional experience I can describe. This company was sent through our home warranty company. The never showed up on time and it has been a project that has lasted months resulting in our family not having A\C in over 2 months. Company and tech refuse to return calls, are never on time, never have the tools to finish the job. I’ve never dealt with a company that was such a nightmare and literally refused to communicate with us. They came three different times and didn’t have the tools or man power to complete the job. Every time they didn’t have the proper equipment to do the job it took literally days before they would come back.

Horrible, unprofessional, and a bunch of LIARS! Took a week for the air to get fixed and then when they came to fix it, it still wasn’t fixed the vents were blowing out hot air. I had to call another company to come fix the lousy job performed. Took them 5 days to report the service to the warranty company, the part was ordered and ready for pick up on a Monday, they didn’t go and pick it up and install it until Wednesday. They took their precious time while we were without air for a week. While I’m sure they slept comfortably everyday for a week with air in their homes. Let them know numerous times that I was 9 months pregnant and couldn’t be without air ObViously they didn’t care because they kept booking others in front of me and ignored my calls. NEVER AGAIN! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!

What a great team!!! I hired them to put in a new service and a/c for my business. Carl and his guys did a fantastic job. Finished on time and under budget. One other thing unlike most contractors, Carl was on site when he said he would be, and always answered my calls. They are the best and are like family now!!! You won’t be sorry if you hire them!!!

Kevin installed a Pioneer split heat pump I purchased on Amazon. I saw there name as a Amazon installer and called Carl to see if they could install the unit. There was some confusion on pricing at first but we got it sorted out and they did a nice job. Be sure if you buy one of these units that you measure the length of the copper tubing you need. It goes from the outside unit to the inside unit. I only ordered 15 feet from Amazon. There is an option to add longer ones for the unit that I didn’t see before I ordered. I had to have Kevin buy a 50 feet length which cost me extra. This was my fault though. I would have them do another install if I need one.

Beware: $75 house call fee. I did call and say the air was blowing, but room wasn't cooling. Service guy found NOTHING wrong with air ducts or unit said I should try different curtains. It's just nice to KNOW up front you charge a fee.

I called them the day before services were needed for a/c and electrical work at our home. They were available early the next day to come out. Reasonable pricing, but the sheetrock subcontractor used wasn't too friendly.

Most jobs will have issues that come up, so I suppose mine was typical... The thing is, Carl did not leave me stranded, he made everything "right" that's why I am so impressed with Rayford A/C; When I called with concerns, they stepped up and took care of my concerns. I recommend them highly. MR
