Diagnosed problem and determined defective compressor; getting quote on new unit to complete repair

Tech helped us fix a heating problem that 3 other companies told us wasn’t “fixable.” Had our 2nd unit completely replaced and had to leave by a certain time. The crew worked hard to get our system installed in a timely manner. We won’t use anyone else from here out.

Sunday morning no a/c. Called Decatur Heat and Air. They would call on Monday to schedule an appointment. Totally unacceptable. Called Ary Co. Heat and Air. Wonderful people and great service the very same day. We will use Ary Co. from now on. Thanks so much.

I appreciated how the service person explained the condition and stages of age on the various parts of my HVAC unit during the service call (which he did showed up on time for.)
He also prepared me for the future expense of replacement cost due to pandemic inflation of an aging component of my A/C unit.
He made me (as a woman) feel knowledgeable about my system.
I felt like I was talked to and informed by someone who wanted to offer good customer service.

Made my call, they were here within a couple of hours. Tony, the tech called ahead.... was here a a few minutes. Tony found the problem right away and explained what we needed. He's the nicest, informative young man. I like a company that will show up when they say they will.
