The lady answering my call was friendly and got us someone out today. The technician was friendly and called before arriving. Got heater back working. Good experience with them.

Brandon informed us of his inspection and maintenance results and was professional and personable.

I would just like to express the relief we feel with our new TRANE XL850 from Ary Co AC & Heat in Decatur, TX. We didn't know what we wanted or needed, and we didn't know who to go to for answers. After quickly realizing that we didn't want to trust just anyone with our home and our comfort, we researched the top HVAC names in 2022. TRANE was number 1 and Ary Co AC & Heat was the clear choice to call. They sent someone over the same day and put us on their schedule for a full system installation. Two weeks later their crew arrived and the job was
impressively completed in one day. Two days later they sent out their Comfort Specialist to inspect and tweak the system. Brandon came out and did the fall checkup on my Trane unit. Brandon was there when he said he would be and did a comprehensive check on my hvac. Checked everything and cleaned out my outside unit thoroughly. Ary has always been good about taking care of me. Highly recommended.

Called Ary at 6:00pm on Saturday evening. They had someone out very shortly. Both the office and the tech communicated ETA. I can’t remember the techs name, but he was so polite, friendly and professional. So thankful for their prompt response and fixed the unit very quickly. Highly recommend.

Great company I called and they came the same day. Even seemed like they knew me. I like that personalized touch. Not feeling good about having to pay labor on a unit installed just over a year ago on a unit that should last for over 10 years. Seems it should be covered by the warranty for at least 3 years and parts for 5. But the office Persian and tech are good people and professional.

They always do a great job and are very accommodating. Prices are more than reasonable.
