I had an A/C problem, and they were able to fit me on the same day. The two-person crew were polite and professional, and most importantly, got the job done. They were wearing protective booties around the house even without asking, much appreciated. I recommend Sheffield Heating & Air Conditioning based on this experience.

Jason was super efficient in handling 3 separate issues we had, the toughest one being our freezer. I thought the ice maker was leaking because I saw a sheet of ice on the bottom of the freezer, but he quickly diagnosed that it was a defroster issue and got it all squared away. He also helped us delay replacing our finicky dishwasher, which has draining problems sometimes, by showing me some new troubleshooting tips. And he didn't hesitate to get into our creepy crawlspace to fix a fallen air duct that was blowing free air out the door. Very happy and would hire again! Great services! I had a leak in my AC unit and when I called, a technician was here shortly after. He was considerate, enlightening, & even called to say he was running a little behind.
