Cowboy Air Condition and Heating Company

My AC started going out Friday night, I changed the filters and cleaned the unit Saturday morning.

Temp still rising in the house so I called our warranty company.

They called three companies, Cowboy's answered and said he could do same day. Was in my area and my AC was up and running 2 hours after my call on a Saturday.

Al was very professional and explained what he had done.

For some strange reason the problem resurfaced an hour after he left, he took my call and was very accommodating on trying to get back to the house same day.

Thankfully we had a burst of cold air and it has worked fine since.

Highly recommend.

We had issues twice with our AC, the crew came out and fixed it right away! They were on time, and professional. Price was reasonable. We haven’t had any issues since, our AC blows super cold and it’s really comfortable in our house, especially with this crazy Texas heat!! I will call them again if anything ever happens. Had trouble finding a company that would service a mini-split/ductless systems. I'm very glad I found this company, as they were responsive and very reasonably priced. They took the time to troubleshoot my system and demonstrated the capacity to take on a complex repair if needed. Will definitely use for all future needs.

I highly recommend Cowboy Airconditioning and heating out of Dallas as my service from the start was prompt and spot on! I needed an entire new AC system/ the works! The crew was friendly, professional, courteous & thorough and made SURE that I was satisfied 100% before they left my residence, NEVER rushing or being pushy needing to be somewhere else! Unprofessional and inept service. Had to use them because of our home warranty service. Been to my home three times for the same issue - never fixed it. Air conditioner units are leaking water badly. They told the home warranty service it was because of leaking sinks. We knew that wasn't at all the issue. It was their shoddy work. But we had a plumber come out to verify ... and it was their shoddy work.

By the way, the one 5 star review on here is by the owner. Says a lot about their character right there.

I was referred to Cowboy AC & Heating by my neighbor, regarding some issues that I was experiencing with my furnace. My inquiry was the result of me seeking a 2nd opinion, after receiving a rather alarming quote from the company recommended by my builder. Cowboy AC&H scheduled me for an appointment on the same day, and was able to provide a very reasonable estimate, followed by a timely completion of their work. I had to reach out this weekend, due to thermostat issue that was prohibiting my unit from heating during sub-freezing temperatures. Mr. Al once again, promptly came out to repair the issue.
