The condenser went out on the outside unit on Monday. We called around and Justin was upfront with what his cost was for the unit and gave us an extremely fair quote over the phone. His team arrived not only on time but early. They were all professional and worked quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend this company and plan to continue utilizing them to service our HVAC system in the future.

Another AC contractor had diagnosed a Freon leak after a recent refill and was asking ~$2,000 to replace a coil. That contractor had supposedly added Freon 6-8 weeks beforehand and was very confident that there was a leak and ready to replace the coil. If their prior lack of diligence was any indication, I doubt they would have checked the level again before doing so.

Cody came out and had a look and determined that the unit was operating just fine and that, based on the timing I gave him of the last refill, there was not a leak. This saved me $2,000 in unnecessary repairs that the other contractor would have had us do.

Classic will certainly be our go-to HVAC contractor going forward.
