    Great service! Dallas was getting hit with freeze warnings and 11 degree lows this week and just my luck my HVAC decided to start giving issues. Called up Classic ac/heating and they came out same day and got us straightened out and explained what to do moving forward (2days before Christmas in the middle of a freeze warning). Thanks Ricky!

    We called Justin for a quote for a condenser replacement and he gave us his best price right off the bat, nearly 30% below what we’d been quoted from others. He also keeps an eye on trends in the industry (move of SEER minimum to 15 SEER in 2023) and makes his recommendations with the best interest of the future of your house in mind.

    While we didn’t end up working with him this time he’ll definitely be one of our first calls for any A/C issues. Super ethical, honest, and responsive, and willing to answer any and all questions.

    After a nightmare experience over the summer with another company through my home warranty company, I decided to call a company directly. I googled HVAC repair and chose Classic Air AC & Heating because of all of the positive reviews. I submitted a request for service Monday evening. I quickly got a call from Justin (after hours) and walked him through my issue. He set up time to come the next day, showed up right on time, and fixed the problem within an hour. I got texts and emails updating me about my appointment and when he was in his way. So awesome communication, quick and complete service, all for about the same as my home warranty company would have charged me. All around perfect experience and I will definitely use them again!

    Great having Justin out today. He was informative and offered a lot of suggestions about how to have our system run more efficiently. Since they had to reschedule, they basically offered our service today at no charge. In my view that's great customer service. We are definitely considering using this company for future repairs or servicing for our system. We'll see how their estimates compare to other HVAC companies....but so far I'm impressed.
