Great service! They came out quickly and fixed my heating issue in minutes! Loved that he took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He took pictures of the the furnace so he could show me what he was talking about. The best part was that he cleaned up afterwards and didn't leave any pieces of insulation on the floor like other companies usually do. A job well done!!

***BEWARE***
I called this company because my furnace wasn't working last winter. He came in and diagnosed the problem and quoted me over $700 to replace a faulty gas valve. I was a bit concerned over the price so I had a trusted friend help me troubleshoot the issue and indeed it was the gas valve. I bought the OEM gas valve for $45 from home depot and it took me less than 30 minites to install. When I confronted him about the price and offered him a chance to admit his fault and make it right (waiving the $90 diagnostic fee) he immediately became defensive and accused me of extortion. When I told him I'd be leaving a review he accused me of slandering. I was shocked because this man has excellent google reviews. Please, please, get a second quote for anything this man tells you because he is more than likely charging you near $1000 for a $50 part. He threatened to take legal action against me if I shared my review so I didn't leave any review of my experience. You have been warned. Have a blessed day!

I've been using Texas Star Heating and Cooling for about 3 years. Always on time, gets the job done right the first time. Explains everything, and is reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Texas Star Heating & Cooling to anyone.

My Ac was on the fritz today 08/20/2018 and I called a few places with no luck, so I tried Texas Star and WoW it was so nice to see an honest repairman and apprentice with no problem showing up in August, for an Ac repair. I have never seen such a professional and courteous
couple of guys that actually care about the work they do.once again just WoW 100 stars if I could. Thanks guys

Ron and Jose came out to clean our AC unit and we were so impressed with them. They worked efficiently and answered all of our questions. They were extremely helpful and very friendly. We will definitely use them again!

Texas Star Heating & Cooling is the best! We have used him for many years. He is honest about the work that needs to be done and quick to get it done. He has been out on a Sunday with little warning and never hesitates. We will never use any one else.

Ron is very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the issue quickly. Turned out only to be the zone board that needed replacing. It was under warranty so I only had to pay for the labor to install it.

Could not be happier with the service I received from this company. Ron went out of his way to find a part for my furnace so that I wouldn't have to replace the whole unit. Saved me so much money. Fair, professional, and conscientious. You don't always find those qualities these days. I'll be having them out to do some more work for me in a few months.
