Our A/C stopped working this morning and our house temp was 79. I called them and within 5 minutes received a call back with an ETA. Jose showed up in 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem after a thorough assessment. He was efficient and very helpful. The work is reasonably priced, so we requested a quote for future work. I appreciate a company that doesn't always try to upsell. I highly recommend them.

I gave them top ratings for these reasons: our conditioner went out yesterday they came. They found the issue it needed to be replaced. And they were here at 8 AM this morning. They were courteous and polite and efficient and the price was excellent. I would have them again or highly recommend them to anybody.

Guillermo at GSM has completed several major repairs for me. John Moore gave me a ridiculous estimate for work that didn't even need doing. GSM fixed it right for a FRACTION of the cost.

I have been using GSM for many years. They always try to help me save money and fix my AC and never try to sell me something I don’t need. They are very efficient and aware of being on time. They are always available for communications. All are very nice. I highly recommend if you need AC maintenance or new units.

Ac was not pushing out cold air and house was over 100 degrees inside . Call around and couldn't get anyone to come out someday but fortunately GSM A/C pick up my phone call and came right away and fix the problem. Would of had to book a hotel if it wasn't for them . Thank You so much GSM A/C!
