I live out of town. My 87 year old mother lives in Coppell. She call me and said her heater wasn't working. I called Coppell H/A and they sent a service man over there in 30 minutes. Mom can't see to well and apparently hit the wrong button and turned off the heat. The service man reset everything and got the heat going. No charge!! Thanks!!!

Started an electronical fire from a tripped breaker attached yo our AC. Then wanted to charge us $85 for starting a fire. They didn't take take the obvious steps necessary to ensure the circuit was working before turning the breaker on again.

Fast and friendly service. Showed up on tie and was very curtious of my house. Got the job done in a timely manner and affordable. Great job guys. Y'all have a customer for life.

I have been ripped off where nothing has been fixed and asked for the service fee. When I called office with the problem and notified about last service and capacitor was replace in June 2013 and both service/part is under warranty. She never told me about the service fee. Further, the AC tech came out and was inside and outside unit but could not figured out problem and was pointing to everything(a written note is handy with me). At that point I asked him to leave and I will call my HWA. I have been charges $85 for the service fee which I was unexpected. Later, I had a conference call with Wayne (owner) and his tech where Wayne had agreed to refund but today when I asked for the ETA than he refused. WHAT AN UNPROSESSIONAL ATTITUDE.
FYI: The tech from HWA made the AC start in 5 minute and was nothing wrong with Unit. BE AWARE from this company

Have used Coppell Heat and Air for years. They are always prompt, friendly and fair from owners and office staff to technicians. I would recommend to anyone.

I have used this company for years. They are the best. I had an ac problem they fixed and they will be coming soon to get my heating system ready for the winter.

Coppell Heating and Air Conditioning refuses to resolve our dispute, will not refund our money and has left us with severe water damage. They won't even file a claim with their insurance company to cover the repair costs. I have tried to resolve this multiple times with them and am now forced to take them to court.

The technicians are always very polite and knowledgeable.

These guys are great. Professional, polite and good at what they do. Arrived early installed and cleaned up everything at a fair price with the best equipment. Highly recommend.
