Our house has a complicated HVAC system. Coppell Heating and Air conditioning technician Tracy was very knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. I was very satisfied with the job and would highly recommend using this company.

Owner Joel came through for us again. Our son's house had been without a/c for 5 days and the home warranty company told him it would be another 3-5 days before repair. That was unacceptable. Called Coppell Heating and Air Conditioning and within hours Leo N. was out to their house and made the repair in 30 minutes. You can really depend on Joel and his team to service your a/c issues. Excellent experience! I had a full install of two new ACs and furnaces, and am so happy I went with Coppell Heating and Air. Joel, one of the owners, came for the quote, and was transparent and answered all my questions. The crew that did the install, though they did have to come back for some loose ends (this happens and they handled the right way) did an excellent job. They made sure the AC was running and I was comfortable until they came back for the loose ends, which was much appreciated! They were transparent and did a great job. On a side note, the supplier had some logistics issues and went out of there way to get Joel an upgraded unit, all so my job could get done on time. Really I can’t say enough about Coppell Heating and Air, I highly recommend.

The timing of our AC unit to stop working was terrible! After several calls to other AC companies, we had Coppell Heating & Air do the work. They had replaced our units 17 years ago and Joel, the owner , was happy to come back. The team of JT, Tendo, and Marco worked throughout a very hot July day to remove, install, and check that the new unit was cooling efficiently. Kudos to all of them! We appreciated Joel coming back to the house at the end of the job to check that we were satisfied. Don't hesitate to call them for your HVAC needs!

Great company. They are very responsive to my concerns and questions. They come quickly (within a day or 2) to troubleshoot and fix any problems. They are friendly. They do, however, leave a bit of a mess. Small meeses like dirty fingerprints on the white walls/ceilings from cleaning the vents. Fluffy insulation was all over the floor from walking around in the attic. I had to sweep up wall shavings from installing thermostats and removing the vents for cleaning. I must say, that even though you'll have a bit to clean when they leave, I have not had ANY problems with the equipment I have purchased for about 1 year now. Even when I thought the thermostats were not working, they made an appointment to show me again slight nuances of how to operate the thermostats. They even knew my old system, and how I could get the best comfort at the lowest cost. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good guys who know HVAC very well.

We have used Coppell Heating and A/C for the last several years and recently had them install a completely new system with new ductwork. They did an amazing job with the system replacement and they have always been great to work with for yearly maintenance. I highly recommend this company.

Austin Short is a very professional individual who puts his heart into every job he does. His professionalism is outstanding and his work is phenomenal.
