Cool Texas Air

A/C went out the night before. Once I got up I called at Cool Texas Air 7:30am, they don't open until 8am. I was expecting to leave an message on a answering machine, but the owner of the Company Kevin answered at 7:30am. I was not ready for that. LOL I told Kevin my problem, and told me not to worry, and he would sent Mike out first thing. Mike arrived at 8am, found my problem with in 15 minutes, said it was a blower, and he had one on the truck. It was going to be a very hot day, Mike worked so quickly, and got my A/C back up and running by 10:15am. Also during the conversation with Mike, found out the company also does other work like repairing ceiling cracks, dry wall repair, landscaping, and a few other things. I would recommend Cool Texas Air for all your A/C work.

I love this company, we’ve been using them since we moved to converse and we are beyond happy with our luck in finding them. Richard is so cordial, he explained every step, and worked fast and efficiently. The best part is that they accommodate to mine and my husbands schedule, working after business hours just for our convenience, if I could rate more stars then I would, they are just that good.

Honest and reliable!!! After more than 22 San Antonio summers, I know it is so hard to find a trustworthy ac company that doesn't try to sell you a new system! After using this company for our AC maintenance, Richard and Jessica responded very quickly on the holiday weekend when our water heater started leaking through the ceiling. They did not try to overcharge and came back the next day to install the water heater. Always honest, professional, and courteous and respond very quickly! I would recommend them to anyone who needs AC service.

MY AC was down at my son and daughter house I called Cool Texas Air for help they were very concern and they immediately got there technicians Mike and Keith took care of the A/C repair I would recommend them to anyone for quick and professionally repairs excellent customer service for Mike and Keith

I have been dealing with Cooling Texas Air for a little over 3 years and I must say that they are the absolute best AC company I have ever come across. They are tremendously professional and very attentive to our needs. We had several issues with our AC unit and Richard ( one of the techs) came after hours to accommodate my schedule and ensure that my family did not go with heat or air for any unreasonable amount of time. All the staff there have been tremendously friendly and attentive to our needs always offering quick and efficient resolution. I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs assistance with their heat and AC system.

Just want to say first, this company is amazing. Jessica and Richard are hands down generous, genuine kind hearted people. After looking for someone to install some AC registers for my home Jessica quickly reached out to me and wanted to help. After giving some back story on the house she immediately said we can take care of you the next day. Richard and Chris came out and had the job done very quickly and done right. I still can't thank them enough for what they did for us. Do not hesitate at all to reach out to Cool Texas Air. Thank you again!

Used them in the past. Weren't out to get all your money. But now...its questionable. They wanted double for some routine servicing; compared to their competitors. Their pricing needs adjusting before I consider them again. Hopefully they will research competitor prices so they can be "competitive".

Great service and customer service. Just wanted to add since my last review. If I could give this company a 10 I would. They have been so reliable. We have had 2 problems since buying the house. Cool Texas Air has stepped up both times and got our system up and running. Thank you

Cool Texas Air... Wow, what company! Let me first start of by saying I'm not big on leaving reviews. But after having this company service my 20 year old A/C unit for the last few years and eventually replacing it with a new one, let me tell you... This was easy for me.

Everyone knows how critical air-conditioning (now heat due to Snow-vid) is in South Texas. Richard and Jessica understand that and they ensure their customers are taken care of during those critical times.

As I stated earlier, I had my entire A/C system replaced. They check every box and then some on qualities one would expect from a company you can rely on.

1)They provided different price point options
2)They were honest
3)They never tried to pressure me into purchasing something that I didn't need
4)Their pricing was more than reasonable
5)They also ensured I was aware of potential rebates and tax credits

On the day of the install, Richard and his crew showed up on time, kept me informed on what they were doing, were very respectful of my home, and did not leave unti the job was done andl I was completely satisfied.

My new system is working great and I'm super happy with the product, professional install and customer service.

By far the best A/C & Heating company I've come across (that says a lot). Believe the reviews people. This company truly cares about their customers and treats them like family!
