This company was one of the 5 companies in my area that the Carrier service/warranty department provided. Make sure to ask for Certified trained and factory authorized dealers/technicians when requesting a list from Carrier for service referrals.

From my initial setup appointment call with Yvette who was very professional and courteous. I was having issues with my Carrier warranty, and Yvette took time to listen and fully understand the situation. I asked several questions, and if she didn’t have the answer she would be honest and say let me find out and call you right back. (Great customer service) By the time I called all the technicians were booked for the day, and I was on schedule for the first appointment the next morning. However, at 4:00 pm that same day I received a call from Yvette stating that she could send someone out right now if I was available. Yvette was very upfront and honest letting me know that the AC probably won’t get fixed today if a part was needed as the Carrier part warehouse closes at 5, but the technician would be able to diagnosis the problem, order the part (if in stock), and I would be the first appointment on the books after he picked up the part first thing in the morning.

Eric was my assigned technician. I read several great things about him in the reviews, and they were all spot on. Eric was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and most of all honest. He provided me with the same level of service as if it was his AC that had an gone out.

I was needing a new AC as my unit finally gave out right in the middle of summer. I received a few quotes from other companies, but ultimately decided to go with Premium Comfort. Eric was very professional and straightforward from the very beginning, and I quickly realized he was doing everything in his power to help me find the best unit to fit my budget and needs. The AC install went flawless and have not had any issues since. If you’re looking for great value and great service, hiring Premium Comfort for your AC needs is a must!

Eric did a new install for me when my 15-year-old unit started showing its age. The consult was professional and he offered plenty of appropriate options and didn't try to up-sell anything. The install went smoothly and I was enjoying cool air and low humidity before dinnertime! Follow-up has been great, including system testing, routine maintenance and inspection, and adjustments to improve airflow. I would not hesitate to recommend Eric and his team in the future, they do great work!

Eric was wonderful. Great owner of Premium who showed up quick and timely. He’s a Veteran and it shows. He was very respectful and explained everything down to what it cost and why he was replacing Certain parts. He cleaned the coil condenser. Showed me how to properly maintain it for the future. He replaced the parts needed to get my A/C running again and checked in to make sure it was running smoothly. Eric thanks so much!
