Carl’s provides the absolute best quality and product coupled with first class customer service. We ended up going with Daikin variable speed unit after talking about multiple brands, configurations and options. Carl’s was patient through the process and explained the pros and cons for every scenario and question we had.

I had my entire system in my home replaced and chose Carl's Quality Cooling and Heating because they took the time to explain to me what changes they wanted to make and why, had good financing, an excellent product and their professionalism was fantastic!

I now have a marvelous 2 stage 3 ton Trane system and all new ductwork and registers throughout my home. Carl's crew installed everything over 2 days, including adding a new run for our closet and changing out my old bathroom exhaust fans, cleaned up completely after themselves and could not have been nicer to work with. Even the financing was easy and at a very fair interest rate.

This was a large investment in my home and I knew that whoever I chose to do the job I wanted to feel like I got not only quality hardware, but the installation HAD to be right.

You will find none better at this type of work than Carl's Quality Cooling and Heating. I am proud of my new purchase. I know it will serve me well for decades. Thanks Carl and crew!

My annual A/C service was performed today by your technician Isaac. He is very professional, knowledgeable in providing service on my A/C system and he knows the value of providing excellent customer service at a fair price. There are many less than honest HVAC service companies in the marketplace and working with your company (2nd time) and specifically Isaac left me with a positive feeling that all is not lost in our society today. came out for my regular fall maintenance what is incl. in my new ac purchase and spend over 1 hour to check everything, not like many other company's what do free work like that in like 10 minutes. so far a great company to deal with. would always recommend them! thx guys

Carls is awesome. They will not cut corners but will work with you if there is a budget issue. I've had them replace ducts at my 80 year old house, they came in and were completely professional and thorough. When I moved to another house the AC went out in it and they were able to get there the next day with parts and get my house ice cold again.

I highly recommend them, and will use them in the future when my condenser eventually goes out.
