Wes was very knowledgeable and acted on the situation to get our air conditioning back up and running.

We started using Carl's for inspection when we purchased our re-sale home in 2019, and then semi-annual checks since then. Always on time, and thorough reports on status. When we lost AC a few weeks ago, Carl's sent someone out the next morning, and got us up and running cool again within a couple of hours. But they warned us that our warranty-expired compressor was showing signs of wear and failure. With prices rising on everything, we decided to go ahead and upgrade to a complete new variable speed system with enhanced air-quality media filters and virus/bacteria clearing capability. Justin was most thorough in helping us understand our options and we were very impressed with his knowledge and understanding what was important to us and how our overall HVAC system could be improved. Then, the crew (friendly and always courteous) arrived on time to complete removing the old and installing the new system, working tirelessly all day to finish and clean up by evening, then patiently and clearly explained operation of our new system components, digital/WIFI thermostat, all the settings, and 12 year warranty. (Our 8-year-old brand name builder-installed system only had a five year warranty!) We are very pleased and confident we have a much more efficient and effective air-quality HVAC system, at a fair competitive cost, with a manufacturer and installation/service provider that will stand behind it. We plan to stick with Carl's and his people.

Issac came out, diagnosed problem, fixed problem & cost was so low; I don't know how they stay in business. I own a service business & I was pleasantly surprised to find someone who does what they say when they say they are going to do it. If there is an unforeseen problem, they call you & let you know. I will be using Carl for all of my HVAC needs.

We have been Carl's customers sine it was Carl by himself. Through his growth we have enjoyed his continuous honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail as when he was alone. This is truly a family business. The many employees I have met through servicing our homes have told me time and time again how great it is to work for Carl. That explains why they are always on time, knowledgeable, fast, friendly, and get the job done, at a reasonable price. Our family and friends wont use anyone else. Special shout out to Bethany and Ambrose, who handled our emergency problem with ease, and took excellent care of us. You two are a credit to the company. I am sure Carl's lovely wife was in the mix somewhere as she runs the office, and helps make the business what it is. They truly are the greatest!

From the initial consultation on, Carl’s was fantastic. Justin did an excellent job assessing our current needs and making sure we understood our options. The installation crew; Marvin, Elvis, Isaac, and Isaac were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They kept us informed on where they were working and what they were doing and made sure we were comfortable before they left. We highly recommend their services.

The team here at Carl’s is so professional and thorough. My first experience was on a very hot weekend and Isaac came to the rescue...he changed out our capacitor and it was all very affordable.
Today, Shaun came out for my heater maintenance and was very thorough, professional and was able to give us his recommendations.

I can not recommend Carl's Quality Cooling and Heat enough. I had been using another vendor for 5 years and having annual checkups. I had Carl's come in this year and do the same inspection. They found multiple deficiencies that were never brought to my attention as well as giving me all the pertinent information that would be needed to make the system work properly. I had an older system that I had been piecing together from component failures, so I asked for a price on a replacement. They wouldn't give me a figure unless the performed a FREE architectural Design Session. Justin was AWESOME. He free hand drafted my house, showed me all the things that needed to be fixed and redesigned to meet the airflow needs and size of the house. He designed 5 separate solutions and gave a very descriptive explanation of pro's and cons of each along with a recommendation, which based on my needs was NOT the most expensive. On the install scheduled day, the crew was on time to the minute and began working. They laid out tarps to protect the rugs and walked through what they were going to do. George and Issac, the main techs did all the wiring, welding and component integration. They went over the system features, benefits and how to operate the new thermostat system. They followed up with a second visit today to finalize and fine tune the system and recheck the install. They were thorough, complete, and professional. It was a pleasure working with them and a benefit knowing I have a completely new system and a team that can provide the service that i would need in the future.

Shaun was very professional and extremely knowledgeable when diagnosing my issue. The whole experience was pleasant from scheduling, pricing, and timeliness. They are honest with their recommendations and trustworthy when it comes to the quality of their work. This is the 2nd time they have fixed/repaired my system. The first time was my A/C that 3 prior companies could not figure out the issue and now this time was my heating system which is back up and running perfectly. I will only recommend Carl’s Quality Heating & Cooling and no other HVAC company to everybody I know! Also Justin is the best when it comes to planning out your design for the proper air flow and to get the most out of your entire system.
