One of their vans came blowing through our school zone here in Woodforest. I called the number on the back of the van and shared my dash cam video of the incident. They didn't seem to care. We have a local AC place here that respects the rules and laws and the safety of our kids, and this place isn't it.

I called yesterday afternoon to have someone come out today. I was given the times between 12pm-4pm which I thought was a decent window of time. She asked if they could come earlier if I wanted them to. I said yes, that would be great. The employee I talked to on the phone was genuinely kind, honest, and very helpful. At 10:40 am this morning I received a call saying the service man had finished up his job and was on his way. He asked if it would it be okay for him to be there at 11. Yes! Great! He was right on time. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Kind. Professional. As much as I hope I don’t have to have my AC worked on again any time soon, if I do, I will definitely be calling Carl’s Quality Cooling and Heating! So pleased with everyone I’ve been in contact with and the work that was done!

Highly recommend Carl’s Quality Cooling & Heating! We had them install an a/c system 2 years ago and just had them replace another a/c this week. Issac was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Justin is a great addition to the company from 2 years ago. He took the time to educate me on my options and helped us make the best decision on a system for our home!

After reading reviews from other air conditioning companies in my area of Montgomery, Texas, I decided to hire Carl's quality cooling and heating. It was the best choice I ever made. We moved from California to Texas in 2016, and the weather is off the chain, hot! So, we needed our unit serviced before the heat started. I called Laney and she was so pleasant and easy to talk to. She told me about the company's service and the offers available to first time customers. Awesome customer service! She scheduled Sean to come out just last week. Sean was excellent! Besides having a great personality, his quality of work was outstanding. He is so knowledgeable about his work and cares about ensuring the job is complete with QUALITY! He told me about my warranty and how to ensure our parts were covered. He took pictures of my unit outside and in the attic. I was so amazed at his attention to detail. He also wrote his notes on what work he performed on the invoice for me, so I could let my husband, who works in California, know what services were performed. He didn't have to do that, but he was kind enough to do for me. Thanks Sean! Since moving to Montgomery, Texas, working with this company has been a wonderful experience, as compared to working with other vendors coming out to Bentwater. I highly recommend Carl's quality cooling and heating. They will be honest with you and not try and rip you off by giving you some repairs you don't need. Great customer service from start to finish. Called to make an appointment and the receptionist was very friendly and got me an appointment quickly. Issac came out today to service our ac. He did a thorough inspection, explained all of his findings and made recommendations. He was friendly and efficient and I feel his recommendations were honest. I highly recommend this company!

My dad and I have had a working relationship with Carl for over 10 years. His crew has installed and serviced the AC units at our personal and rental properties. I won't use anyone else! Carl has a gift for hiring conscientious, hard working people that always do the right thing. They always respond quickly to any issues we have, and do fabulous work! Thank you Carl, Paul, Elvis, Matt, Laney and all the other hard workers. You guys are awesome!!!!

Kyle (the technician) was extremely pleasant and professional. Bethany (the Office administrator) was also very courteous and efficient.

I used Carl's Quality Cooling and Heating for the 1st time today. They were absolutely fantastic. Issac, the HVAC technician was super courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I have spent a lifetime working in construction and have very high standards of other professionals and this company and Issac surpassed them all!

Absolutely excellent work at a great price. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the company as a whole but specifically Shaun. Shaun worked on our system and fixed everything up like new. Very well versed in HVACs and a really hard worker. Always on time as well. I highly recommend getting the twice a year check ups they have, you pay once a year and they come check everything over once in the spring and once in the fall. This will solve problems before they cause expensive issues. I would give them 6 stars if I could
