He came after texting us he was on way, he was prompt. He checked our system and gave us suggestion as to how to work the system better. He found no problems in system,. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and smiling.

Excellent experience! Highly recommend. The woman who scheduled the appointment was very friendly and then the technician who came out was awesome. It ended up being a simple fix but he checked over everything just to make sure and then took the time to relay the information to my husband over the phone. Very happy and thankful for the Dugger Brothers!

I called them around 8am Sunday because my ac was not cooling. Chris was here within an hour (he already had one call scheduled before me). Very prompt. Courteous service. Issue resolved extremely quickly. Definitely recommend this business.

I have been using Dugger AC for about 4 years for maintenance of my unit, recently the 25 year old unit died called Dugger and got the usual polite professional response within 24 hours they installed a new unit at a fair price, there technicians did a quick, clean professional installation. Best in town! Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent customer service. I went to all the heating and AC businesses in town trying to find a part and I had the best experience at Dugger Brothers. Plus they were able to get me the part I needed the same day, and they were helpful with the installation process when the part varried from the original. The price for the part was also competitive. I will be using Dugger Brothers for future heating and cooling issues whether it be for parts or services.

Personable, relatable, affordable, and caring. This is one of the few Air Conditioning companies with good teams. The only thing, "up in the air" about this company, is heating and cooling - which admittedly is by far the best in the metroplex.

Dugger Brothers have always done a great job for me after my original company went out of business. I'm just sorry that I haven't been with them all along. They are fast, courteous, knowledgeable and very affordable. I highly recommend them.
