I called and left a message early Monday morning and my call was returned very quickly by Aaron. He set up a same day appt which made me very happy. He communicated to me that his crew was running late but would be there by 6 pm. Even giving me his cell number so we could text. They quickly evaluated the problem and offered a remedy which I approved. The condo was cooling again by 7:30 pm. Thank goodness with the hot weather we have been having I was not looking forward to another sleepless hot night. I would highly recommend their services

I called Cosmic on a Saturday evening after they had closed but they called me first thing Monday morning. They scheduled an appointment for the next day. The tech was timely and very professional. He checked out my air-conditioner and told me what he found. He also gave me suggestions on how to keep my house cooler. I will use again

I absolutely recommend this company! I tried 2 other companies before this one and they recommended me just to replace the whole HVAC system. As you know isn’t cheap. This company actually was knowledgeable and recommended what needed to be fixed. I still have my old HVAC system and is working better than ever. Great company! Spoke to Arron yesterday and came out today as promised on time to check my a/c issue. Quickly diagnosed my problem and replaced the faulty part within the hour. Highly recommend their services. Thank you!

Update - Had to make another call to this company as I decided to purchase a whole new A/C system. Had a small problem after the install and Arron showed up on a Friday evening after hours to address the issue and he fixed it right then and there. This guy is brilliant and knows his job inside and out. Keep up the awesome work man!
