I had Mechanical Air Design come out to clean up the mess from a different HVAC company who I was less than pleased with. We were without AC for about a week due to a factory defect. The part under warranty was 6 weeks out but the team worked endlessly to find a solution, found the part needed and got it installed within a couple of days. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and not only how they communicated with myself but within their group. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use Mechanical Air Design going forward. Thank you for treating me like a valued client.

I'd had another company come out to determine why one of my AC compressors had stopped working. They told me it was dead and the system needed to be replaced. They gave me a quote for $9k. I also got several quotes from other companies, all around the same price.

On the advice of one of my family members, I contacted Mechanical Air Design to get a quote from them. Andrew came out and gave me a very comprehensive explanation of what it would take to replace my AC system. He then checked the dead AC unit and found that it was actually a very minor issue and easy fix. I was extremely impressed and grateful for his honesty, integrity and professionalism.
