Mechanical Air was superlative with the recent install of our new Trane system. Good price, great product, fantastic people. This is a GREAT local business; Dave, Chris, Andrew, Rachel and the rest of the team are tops. I've used them for years for service and repairs. I'm glad I went with them for our new install.

Got a referral to use this company from another technician with whom I usually work with. Kris came out to do a tune up. He was very professional and friendly. Overall extremely satisfied with the service. Will continue to do business with them.

Robert my tech is always helpful and gives me guidance into repairs on my HVAC system. Have used Mechanical Air Design for maintenance on old HVAC system when it was time to replace I knew would replace my system. A great team with excellent communication and customer service.

A controller board on one of the A/C units went out. the tech, Logan, diagnosed the problem quickly, put in a temporary relay to get the unit operational, then came back to install the OEM part two days later -- very quick, very professional. always a good experience when dealing with the folks at Mechanical Air Design

Andrew was extremely responsive and prompt. Even though I was unable to be home during a visit, my mother was and called to rave about him and tell me how much she loves the company. I have used them for years, she uses them, a cousin uses them, and I always recommend them to friends and family. Just great!

After 25 plus years in our home we've had a number of service providers. Some great and some that you wanted to kick to the curb. Who do you trust? Do you believe the yelp review?

One Friday in July our air unit decided to stop cooling. I tried two businesses in my contacts but was looking at one to two weeks before they could come. I noticed a truck in my neighbors driveway with Mechanical Air Design on the truck doors. Out of desperation I called and was told someone would be out the next day. A Saturday. I hung up thinking "right, I bet they never come."

Robert was the technician who came, a smile on his face and ready to work. He took a look at both the inside and outside units, explaining everything to us as he went along. The unit was fine, but the recently replaced thermostat was the problem. A tiny clip that no one seemed to know what it was for had been left out. Good thing recycling hadn't been picked up. The tiny clip was found and Robert saved the day. Who knows what another company might of suggested was needed. Cold air was blowing again, and everyone was happy.

They've gotten us thru the great freeze (broken pipes flooded out unit in our basement), heavy rains that flooded the basement (same unit went out), some sort of condenser thingy and most recently redid air duct and floor return in our bathroom (a badly fixed broken pipe was leaking and somehow the plumber buried the air duct so the heat was just blowing loose).

My advice to you is to put Mechanical Air Design on your speed dial! They will more than do the job for you. They are also great at confirming appointments and communicating before, during and after the job. They've kept us staying warm and cool for over 10 years and we plan to keep using them.
