I have used Mechanical Air Design for over 30 years. They are always prompt, professional, and detail oriented. They are efficient at identifying any problems and go out of their way to find a solution at the best cost available. Their service is outstanding and I have never used anyone else.

My old AC unit wasn't turning on, I called them in the late morning and they were able to get it fixed same day! Repair cost was really reasonable and they didn't upsell me, you guys seem like a really honest company! I'll definitely be going with y'all in the future.

I can not sing the praises of Robert enough. He was excellent. Everyone I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable, helpful. This is the first time we have had someone out that has given options and why something is not working or why it might need to be repaired or replaced. Everyone else was just trying to sell us an entire new system. Do not look further — these guys are gems and should be the only people you use going forward.

Called on Sunday, they were able to come out the very next day. Robert was honest and was able to fix the issue right away. Gave us recommendations on what to do. No hassle on trying to sell us anything we didn’t need. Highly recommend!

I like everything about this business! Have used this company for approximately 35 years, they are extremely reliable, will come in an emergency, always on time or will call if being delayed, have installed new AC/Heating units for me and I have been extremely satisfied with their performance. They are like family!!
