Chuck’s AC has serviced and made repairs to our HVAC system since we moved to Austin 3 years ago. They have provided superior service and gone above and beyond to get to our house when our system has failed (including in the middle of a snow storm). Matt has taken the time to teach me how to better care for our HVAC system. Their prices are reasonable and fair and they stand by their work. Chuck’s AC has earned my trust as a customer and I could not recommend them more highly.

This is the business that you want to call for your air conditioning issues. A family owned company with honesty and integrity. They were a pleasure to work with. After 10 years of recurring issues and calls to a few different companies they finally came in and identified the real problem. My p-trap was too small for the size of my unit. They saved me $1500 in recommended work from another company who said I needed it or it will continue to happen. None of that work would have solved my problems. I highly recommend Chuck's. Good people. Good business.

Chuck's A/C has incredible people that work there. Identified my A/C issue within minutes of arriving to my home.

Chuck's AC was amazing! I called yesterday, the Monday after Christmas, and they were able to send someone out first thing today. The guy found the problem and came back a bit ago to replace the motor. AC works great again and it all took less than 24 hours. I definitely recommend this company.
