Chuck's Air Conditioning

I called Chuck's to inspect and do an annual service on my AC because I got a coupon in the mail, I'm glad I did. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I learned a few things about my unit I didn't know. Will definitely be calling them back next spring :-)

We didn't even end up using the service because the tech was nice and honest enough to tell us to have the original company come fix their mistakes. We are having our foundation replaced and the company that moved our AC leaked all of our refrigerant out. Instead of forcing us to pay a ton of money they looked for a leak and checked our Freon levels and only charged us $85, which I thought was fair. The original company came out and fixed the problem for free, thanks to Chuck's tech. Our unit is 25+ years old, so when it does breakdown we know exactly who to call. Plus, Chuck's son was our tech. Super nice guy. 10/10 would recommend.

Ok I had my kids working from home during this time and they were bothered by a strange noise in my hvac unit. Called Chucks had a repairman first thing said that was normal for unit to make the noise it did due to a variable speed motor he explained and charged nothing but just got a customer for life!!! Very nice and knew his ac systems!!

They are fantastic! My AC was having problem heating up and I called them. Instead of charging me, they run a diagnosis over the phone and told me it's probably just a dirty filter and ask me to change it before needing them to show up. After changing the filter, the AC is back to normal. Saved money and time. This is truly a customer-orientated mentality business!

If you're shopping around, stop. Stop now. Go with Chuck's AC. Just had a phenomenal experience with him and his technician. Prompt, efficient, and affordable. Will definitely be using them if ever needed in the future.

Chuck's AC was recommended to us by our neighbor. Of course, our AC stopped working on a Sunday afternoon! We called Chuck's, and we were scheduled for the next day, Monday. Every other place couldn't get to us until sometime in the afternoon on Monday. To my surprise, I was called at 9:00 am by Chuck's stating they could come out immediately as there was a cancellation! I jumped on the opportunity, and they were here by 10:00 am! It was already getting stifling hot inside. The repair was completed within 20 minutes, and the gentleman who did the work was very kind, knowledgable and respectful! I asked several questions, all of which were answered respectfully and professionally. The recommendations given based on my questions were sound, honest and reliable. Soooo glad they came out to fix our AC so promptly! They have our unconditional support and business! Truly a professional company! I recommend them highly! I've been using Chucks AC for several years. Matt is knowledgable, friendly, explains things well, and is a good sounding board regarding repair or replace. So far, he's been able to repair and maintain our 20-year old systems. Today is Memorial Day, and our upstairs system stopped working over the weekend. Chuck called me this morning, came by this afternoon, flipped a switch in the attic (that I had switched off inadvertently), thanked me for my business and drove off without charging me anything! Great guys and solid, reliable service.

I am a single woman and very weary of people in my home. I didn't think a company this outstanding still existed. Chuck and his techs came to service my A.C. within 1 hour on a Saturday night. Matt was very educated regarding his field and eased all my anxieties. Repairing an A.C. can be costly BUT with Chucks A.C. , I knew That I was only paying for real repairs. Matt had to come back on Sunday however there was no additional cost and he worked around my personal schedule. Now I know why I always see thier repair truck in my neighborhood. This family owned business is trustworthy and American made! Thanks guys!
