Holman's Quality Plumbing

I would not recommend and unfortunately we are still having issues and need repairs. I am 6 months pregnant and met with the “plumber” when he came because my husband was at work. We needed faucets fixed in both our bathroom showers. He looked at both and said he needed to run and pick up a part and would need to order the other. He came back 30 minutes later and said he fixed one (the one he went to get the part for) by just jiggling the handle and would need to come back in two weeks to fix the other when the part comes in. We paid $115 and have never heard from them again. That $115 was evidently so they could jiggle my handle. Called the office and was told someone would get back to me. Honestly I get emotional even writing this because both faucets are still leaking and I have told my husband I cannot stand to have someone come back into our home and take advantage of us. I would love a recommendation of a plumber that is honest and can get the job done.

Be careful. Holeman installed a toilet for me at the end of March 2021, and 5 months later I have a hissing sound coming from the tank; they wanted $115 just to come out and diagnose the problem. Yes, a 5-month-old toilet, and this did not include parts for the repair. When I called other plumbers, they asked if I spoke with the plumber that installed it and to "check, it might be under warranty, or "they can at least help you out for little to no charge." Wrong on both counts. Before installing this toilet, my last one lasted 10 years with no problems. I get it, things happen, and had I damaged the toilet in some way, I would be responsible for the repairs, rightly so, but 5 months for a valve (guessing) or tank issue? Their intention may not be to provide questionable customer service or appear recklessly greedy, but it doesn't feel right. Shop around. Cannot recommend.

Scott, Orlando and Noah were professional. Orlando nailed the location of our leak within 30 seconds of arriving at our home. Top notch staff! Great service and very quick. Will use them again.

I have used this company several times, and they are always on time and very professional.

We were doing a DIY toilet valve replacement, when things got"complicated." We called Holman's, and Sam and Hank arrived within an hour. They fixed things up right away. We really appreciated the quick response. This is a wonderful business, and will definitely be on our speed dial.

The folks at Holmans Quality Plumbing were exceptional! They responded promptly to my call and had professionals at my house way faster than I anticipated. They quickly walked through the problem and began diagnosing options to fix it. 10/10 would recommend them. Kristen in the office worked quickly to get the guys out to me & Hank and crew were nothing less than professional without talking over my head. I can’t thank them enough and highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing help!

Holman's Plumbing handled two separate broken pipes under my home that required pretty extensive work. The pricing was reasonable and things were handled as efficiently as possible. Kristin and Mike were both easy to work with and catered the job to our specific needs. This company has a smaller feel to it, but capable of taking on a bigger job as well.

HQP recently replaced my water heater for me when mine went out. They arrived right on time as promised. Their guys really knew what they were doing and worked very efficiently together. They got the job done quickly and I haven’t had any issues since. I was very satisfied with the work they did and will definitely be calling them with any future plumbing needs.

I cannot praise Holman’s Quality Plumbing enough!!! Not only are they Professional & Knowledgeable in their field, they are NIce & Accommodating,. They are Reasonable & Fair. They renovated both bathrooms last year. A couple of days ago I had a leak problem, turned out to be from a clogging issue. I could have used my home owner’s insurance, but Unfortunately, they send me other companies’ people who are not as competent. Holman’s detected the problem and fixed it. Most of all Jared was extremely patient answering all my questions (Trust me, he was!!)

I have several rental properties in the BCS area, however, I used Holman's Quality Plumbing at my fathers house thru a home warranty company. I would never Use HQP ever again, for family or for my rental properties.

First, let me say that the Ladies in the office (Bri and Kristine) I spoke with are very professional and very nice. They took my daily calls and my frustrated voice and were always very nice to me. Any company would be so lucky to have them....

I can NOT say the same for their Operations manager Hank....

This started back in the beginning of March 2021, the work was just finished yesterday May 18th 2021.....I lucked out since they don't do restoration of gravel on the drive way so Luckily I no longer have to deal with HQP.

Hank constantly lied to me... He would say he would call me back and he wouldn't. He said he would show up at certain day/time and he wouldn't. He switched to saying things would happen on a certain week and it didn't.

I coordinated work between Him and the city so there would be no sewer outage.....He DID NOT show up for 2 more days while we had not sewer connection... And this is work we planned out to insure this outage would NOT happen.....

I can't begin to describe how I feel about people and companies that continuously lie, don't show up, and then blame others for their short fallings. To be honest, I am very surprised this company is still in business. Reading some of the comments about this company on here (and Hank), sounds like it wasn't the first time this no communication has happened... and probably won't be the last.

If you value simple communication and accountability, DO NOT USE this company. Save yourself the stress and hire someone else.
