Air Tran

Air Tran has been to my rescue multiple times and has saved me so much money over the years. When my ac unit stopped working last summer Bakers said I had to fully replace the unit. I called AirTran and he replaced only the part needed. The part and cost for repair was far less than what the big company quoted me. Air Tran installed a sub pump when my indoor unit was having a hard time. Again saving me thousands of dollars! He has repaired my unit multiple times over the years and made it run better, faster, and cooler! This company is amazing!

Mr. Tran came out to my house and told me he had a special fix for my air conditioning which was already honestly just fine, and then he dumped a can of sardines in it. When I complained he asked if I wanted tuna instead. I don’t even want a refund my whole house just smells like sardines, sardines in my hair and the carpet. Sardine smell on my DOG. Please help me.

Needed ac repairs and AirTran responded with fast, friendly and affordable services much faster than other local service providers. He also provided clear understandable explanation of repairs and services.

John did help us out during the big freeze with his unit he installed. But after that, he will not answer any calls. We have called over a dozen times and zero call backs. We have room that will not cool. Our electric bill is massive now. So please be aware!
