Advantage Cooling & Heating

Paid about 5k + for a new AC unit last year. Was told we got warranty. Less than a year later they come to fix it “under warranty” so it should have been free. and then they end up replacing a part WITHOUT my authority or knowledge. So I end up with a bill for something small I could have fixed myself AND that still should have been under warranty in the first place.

The guys at Advantage cooling and heating were awesome. The called ahead of time confirming my appointment and gave me a time frame to expect them in my home. They informed of things along the way as well so i new what to expect. While here the team was considerate and kind. This is a great team of people doing honest work.

The guys with Advantage we outstanding! They were here on time and gave me an estimated time of being here and finished before their estimated time! They were considerate of my house and belongings. Thank y’all so much for everything! This is an honest company locally as well!

Used by a realtor for inspection. Approved with minor cleaning and pvc part replacement. Approximately $150.00.
However it immediately did not work up on receiving the keys. The unit was condemned by two HVAC companies. It could have asphyxiated people. This has happened before in my family along with beloved dogs. You should not be in business if you are potentially killing people. Dr. Toni Poole.

Great local company. Have been recommending them for years. Haven't went through another business since I went to them. Always get in and out as fast possible while not jeopardizing the quality of the work and ALWAYS beat their target time.
