Comfort Boys Service Company came through again for us when our outside unit broke on a Friday. Very quickly they sent a technician out on a Friday evening to make a diagnosis and by Saturday sent another crew out to replace the unit so we would not be without AC in this Texas heat. Comfort Boys is reliable, honest, and serves its customers with integrity. I am especially appreciative of the fantastic communication and follow up when a technician is on his way or the ease of scheduling. Judging from the longevity of their technician and field supervisors, you can also tell that it is a very well run business who treats their employees with respect. The install was good but the system needed to be tweaked, so this morning Israel arrived at 8am and increased fan speed and checked out the entire system! Now we are cool as a cucumber!
