Cavalry Air Care

I have suspected for a while that we had some issues with our ductwork. We have people with asthma in our home and they have had some extra trouble breathing lately. Initially, we changed our air filters more frequently and added an ultraviolet light in our furnaces. That didn't seem to help.

The next step for us was to look into duct cleaning.

Michael came over and walked us through the whole process. He opened portions of the duct to reveal "microbial growth." He can't say mold, but it was MOLD!

I learned that this is a fairly common condition. The "microbial growth" grows during the air conditioning months, then drys out in the winter when the heater starts running. The dried out particles then circulate through the home and aggravate your lungs.

After a proper education, I was ready to move forward as long as the price was reasonable. I felt that it was more than reasonable and gave them the go ahead.

The work is done and we can breath easier. What a relief.

The last thing I would like to address--- A three man crew came to do the work. They presented well, were courteous, covered and protected my floors and furniture and vacuumed the entire house when they were done. About the only thing they didn't do was wash the dishes. They treated my home with respect and we were 100% comfortable with them.

I couldn't recommend them enough. What a great company!

Cavalry Air did a wonderful job with our HVAC system. There was a lot of dust in our ductwork. Calvary Air cleaned the inside of our ducts to a shine and our house was cleaner than when we left it. I had no idea what was involved in proper air duct and HVAC cleaning. I am so glad I hired Cavalry Air Care. The inspector, Michael explained what needed to be done and even showed me pics of what he found; so much dust and even mold. The techs that did the work were in my home all day... very thorough, respectful of my home and showed me what all they were doing. They even vacuumed their work areas before leaving. I noticed right away the cleaner air quality in my home and it was sooo worth the money I paid to do the job right!

I can't thank them enough! My daughter for the past year was suffering from a chronic cough and we had no idea why. We had her allergy tested and she's allergic to common household mold. We had Cavalry come out and sure enough we had mold. They immediately came and removed everything from our HVAC and duct/vent and my daughters cough is GONE! This has been life changing and I can't thank them enough. Whatever you do, get your ducts checked out because mold is no joke. I highly recommend!
